CHAPTER 2: The Great Dark Phenomenon

My mom once told me that our universe was the most tragically beautiful disaster that has ever happened in our lives.

Planets, stars, nebulae, galaxies, and other celestial objects gradually began to emerge as a result of an unanticipated expansion that gave birth to our entire existence. Organisms, living things, and even those unidentified creatures all came alive at some point.

Sadyang napakaraming mga bagay ang isinilang dito sa lugar na ating kinalalagyan sa kasalukuyan, lahat ay dahil lamang sa pangyayaring hindi natin pare-pareho inasahan.

The reason why the word "curiosity" was coined out as a result of those series of occurrences. People are naturally born inquisitive. They are that eager to know everything, from the smallest single question into an infinite one.

Pero masisisi ba natin sila? Masisisi ba natin sila Eistein, Galileo, Newton, Kepler, at Iba pang mga dalubhasa? should we criticize them for figuring out answers on how we're able to live on this critical matter? or how is it possible for us to survive in such a dire situation?

Sapat ba ang kakayahan at kaalaman natin to the point na kaya nating bigyan ng paliwanag kung bakit nga ba lubhang napaka-misteryoso ng ating buhay?

Where did the oceans get that much of it's water in the first place, when the Earth, 14 billion years ago was just a hellish rocky planet?

When did the moon and the stars first appear in the night sky?

What exactly is the cause of the bang in the Big Bang?

How long will the world we live in survive?

what is on the edge of what we considered home?

and what does our future habitat holds for us?

Or has the possibility ever crossed your mind that somehow, there could be some unknown creatures lurking on the other side of our universe? The possibility that there may be some other planet like ours where organisms also live like us—Ibang lugar, ibang planeta, at ibang dimensyon kung saan ang timog ay maaring maging hilaga, ang kanan ay pwedeng maging kaliwa at ang mali ay maaring maging tama.

Just try to think about it, hanggang saan tayo dadalihin ng ating curiosidad? Ilang konklusyon pa ang kailangan nating gawin para punan ang mga katanungang ito? mananatili na lamang ba ang mga itong isang malaking question mark sa utak natin?

Our universe was really unpredictable.

Everything within it's boundary is a riddle and every pieces of atom in this infinite space including us is inevitable. Mahirap ang maniwala sa mga bagay na iniluwal ng kalawakan, lalo na't hindi natin alam kung talaga bang totoong nabubuhay tayo ngayon— o lahat ng ito ay bunga lamang ng isang malaking ilusyon.

Mabilis kong binukas ang mga mata ko at tinaas ang kanang kamay ko upang saluhin ang isang plastic bag na dapat sana ay tatama sa mukha ko.

"Opss, sorry!"

Napapikit ako nang makita ang iba't ibang kulay ng pintura na ngayon ay nakakalat na sa kanang kamay ko dahil sa nabutas na plastic bag na sinalo ko kanina.
