"...So please make our transfer student feel at home while shes here." Class 1A nodded so Aizawa went over to the door to let you in. You turned to the class and gave a small smile as you waved.

Midoriya jumped up "Ahh, Todoroki, your shirt!" Aizawa ran to grab a bowl of water "Your gonna set off the fire alarm!" Well Mr. Aizawa was right when he said class 1A was, well a lot. Once everything was settled down you went to your room to start setting up your things. You were hanging a picture of you and your best friend back home when a knock came at the door. You jogged over and opened the door "Oh hello Todoroki." You smiled again, then you saw what he was wearing. You snorted trying to hold in a laugh "Are those lederhosen? Where did you even get those?"
I asked Momo to make me some stuff, would you like to come over to my dorm." "Sure." You closed the door and went across the hall to his dorm, once inside you saw he had a German flag hanging on the door and sausages on his desk. You couldn't hold the laugh in anymore "Todoroki what is all this?" "I wanted to make you feel at home, like Aizawa asked." You placed your hand on his shoulder still giggling causing him to fight back the flames "Oh mein Gott, du bist so dezaubernd." You took a breath remembering you needed to speak Japanese "Thank you Todoroki."
He smiled and said something you assume was supposed to be German and possible mean your welcome "Uh alright, but really thank you I was so nerves joining UA halfway threw the year so im glad you took time out your day to mess with me a bit, I really feel like a part of 1A now." He smiled, hes not sure why your calling it a joke but hes happy your smiling again.
The next morning was a Sunday so you didn't have class, on the way to the kitchen you passed Todoroki, still have asleep you half heatedly waved to him "Guten Morgen." He smiled "Good morning to you too." You smiled "Wow your getting better "Yeah, Mein Hund findet dich süß." You chuckled "Your dog thinks im cute?" He frowned "If your that ken on learning German I could teach you." His face lit up, you two could bond over that right! He'll ask Midoriya if thats something two people can bond over later, Midoriya always seems to have answers "Yeah! Lets start after breakfast." "Alright."
