PENELOPE LESTRANGE ALREADY hates her new summer home, and she hadn't even seen it yet.
Hey, who could blame her? She'd had some big plans for this summer. Hang out with Ted and Andromeda (her guardians, that's a bit of a story), go to a Weird Sisters concert with Nymphadora (Tonks, whatever) if she wasn't busy with the Order of the Phoenix, maybe go to the Muggle town by her house and coffee with one of the cute boys there without telling her friends about it . . . but nooooo, that couldn't happen.
