Imagine if we lived in a different world
Different from what we know today
A place where you…. were the outcast
And it wasn’t a crime to be gay
A place where being straight was wrong
A place where you were frowned upon
A place where you were scared to be you
A place where you could not call home
In this different world, we could feel safe
This might be the place we call home
This might be the place we won’t be frowned upon
This might be the place we won’t be scared
Imagine if this world was really a place
If we could live in peace without the fear
If we were deemed as normal
In the eyes of everyone else
Imagine if we lived in a different world
Different from what we know today
A place where you…. were the outcast
And it wasn’t a crime to be gay…
