Thea's pov
Footsteps approached closer to us making Zhang ji and I panic. We quickly look around for a place to hide, seeing an old looking and small wardrobe in the corner, Zhang ji and I squeezed in there. The place was pretty small making the distance between us very tiny. I could feel the heat radiating off of his body due to how close we are. I blushed quickly before slapping myself gently. It's not time to be thinking about that!
When Zhang ji heard the slap, he looked at me. "Sorry" I muttered. There was a little gap in the closet giving us the chance to peek outside. I went closer to the gap and peeked outside to see Mr.Wu, he looked around the room. "I thought I just heard sounds, must be my imagination" I heard Mr.Wu say before going out of the room.
Just when we thought it was safe to go outside, Mr.Wu came back dragging a body very similar to Ann's. He laid the body back against the wall, grabbed a bucket of water and splashed it on the body before taking out a knife. The body jerked awake and look up revealing Ann. "I guess this is the end for you" Mr.Wu laughs like a psycho, "THIS IS FOR KILLING MY DAUGHTER!" he says and stabs Ann. I could hear the bloodcurdling scream of Ann. I let out a shaky breath as I start shaking.
"THIS IS FOR NOT SAVING HER!" Mr.Wu proceeds to stab Ann again. I flinched and shut my eyes tight as I heard the stabbing noises and screams of agony produced by Ann. I opened my eyes slowly again after I hear no screams anymore. A disturbing sight was the first thing I saw. I saw Ann look directly at my direction... Does she know I was here? "DIE B*TCH!" Mr.Wu curses before stabbing her one last time. Ann kept staring at my direction before closing her eyes. Mr.Wu laughs seeing her dead body. My eyes started tearing up as I accidentally let out a loud sob.
"COME OUT!" Mr.Wu growled. "I KNOW YOU'RE IN THE CLOSET" Mr.Wu looks at our the gap I was peeking at directly. He grinned wide after spotting me in the gap. "IF YOU DON'T COME OUT RIGHT NOW, I WILL KILL YOU LIKE I DID WITH YOUR LITTLE FRIEND" He threatened. We came out of the closet hesitantly and slowly being alert. He laughs hysterically after seeing Zhang ji and I come out. "LOOK AT YOUR LITTLE FRIEND, SHE'S DEAD HOW PATHETIC" He says smirking evilly. Ann is dead...
