(If I did or had involvement in the writing of the show at all then Bonnie Bennett wouldn't have been used as a plot device/sacrificial lamb/Dial-A-Witch; the abuse that Damon did to Caroline and Andie when they were his compelled girlfriends wouldn't have been overlooked and forgotten; characters of color and or LGBTQIA+ wouldn't have been introduced just to be murdered, screwed over, and or just exist to be the main character's sidekick; the show would have acknowledged that Emily was Katherine's slave; and more.)
There will be swearing; drinking, a vampire drinking from a person; kissing and implied sexual context (no sex scenes); the painful werewolf transformation; blood sacrifices; and such.
Also if for some reason you are the type of person that is bothered by people of the LGBTQIA+ community, that is bothered by a person, not because of their personality or the contents of their character, but because of their gender identity or sexual orientation, this story is not for you. Goodbye.
