[When Su-min was 11 months old]

Author pov~

"I said No means No." "But y/n try to understand. We can take Su-min too. I know she wi-" Hoseok got cut off. "I said No and as for Su-min, she is too small to go anywhere and I don't wanna take any risk. You can go with them to hangout but not me." 

Y/n and Hoseok were arguing about the college reunion. Everyone decided to go somewhere and hangout for this reunion, but y/n was not agreeing to go because she needed to take care of Su-min.

"Y/n", he sighed knowing how stubborn she was. "What's going on?" Uncle Wong came with Su-min, her hands playing with the hem of his shirt's collar. Y/n smiled looking at Su-min.

"Nothing. Dad, we are convincing y/n to come with us for college reunion", Eunwoo said. "But she is not listening. Look y/n, I came here from New Zealand for only a few days, aren't you going to at least spend some time with me?" Eunwoo asked her with puppy eyes. 

"You still have some days here. We can go some other day but not today. I want to spend time with Su-min and I have so much work to complete", Hoseok and Eunwoo sighed.

"You are so stubborn", Hoseok rolled his eyes at her. She didn't say anything and went to Su-min. She smiled at her. "Did my baby sleep properly?" Y/n asked in a baby voice. Su-min looked at her and giggled and made grabby hands for her to pick her up. Y/n smiled and took Su-min from Uncle Wong.

She took Su-min and went over to the couch. She handed over Su min to Hoseok and went to the kitchen to get her feeder to feed her milk.

Till then, Hoseok took care of her. "Su min ah, tell your sister to come with us. She doesn't listen to us. She is so stubborn. But I know she will listen to you. Let's make a deal. You convince her, I will buy you new toys", Hoseok talks to her in a baby voice, making her giggle more.

"So you are spoiling my baby like this, huh?" Y/n came with her feeder in her hand. She took Su min from Hoseok and made her sit on her lap. She talked to her in a baby voice.

Su-min started to drink her milk from the feeder but soon she removed it from her mouth. Y/n was still talking to Hoseok and Eunwoo not looking at the small baby who was in her embrace. 

"MA MA"

"I am telling you for final I-"

"Y/n", Uncle Wong almost yelled. She looked at him. He was looking at her with wide eyes. "What-" "did you- di-did you hear that?" He was looking shocked. "Hear what?" Y/n asked.

"Didn't you hear her, y/n?" this time Eunwoo asked. His and Hoseok's reaction was same. "Hear what?" She again asked. "S-Su min spoke her first w-word", Hoseok said.

Y/n's eyes went wide. She looked at her who was looking at her with her doe eyes while drinking her milk through the feeder which she (y/n) was holding. "Jinjja?" y/n spoke in a whisper. 

"Baby, is your oppa right? Did you say something?" she asked her. By then, her milk was also finished but Su min was still wide awake. Y/n removed the feeder when-

"Mama mama" Su min giggled looking at her. Y/n eyes almost came out of the socket. She heard it right, she had said her first word. Tears started welling up in her eyes. She never expected this. She could not express what she was feeling right now. "Baby, say it again..?" "mama", she again giggled.

Y/n immediately hugged her. "Say it again say ma-", y/n stopped in her track when realization hit her. Su-min was calling her ma ma. Her eyes went wide. "No, this can never. This-" She thought but came out of her thoughts when-
