A car was about to hit kartik....naira ranned towards him...she pushed him and he was safe but the car hits naira.. She was lying unconsious on the road as kartik realises the situation he sees naira surrounded with blood around.. He remembers Naira's words ""JAB TAK TUM MERE SAATH HO MUJHE KUCH NAHI HO SAKTA""
He picks up naira in his aarms and runs to the hospital
In the hospital
Kartik: doctor....doctor plzz dhekiye na naira apni aankhe nahi khol rahi hai ...bohot khoon bhi nikal raha hai
Doc: take the patient to the OT
Kartik: meri naira ko kuch nahi hoga na?
Doc: ap chinta mat kariye ...main dhekta hu
Doctor goes inside the OT...meanwhile as it was very late but naira did'nt came back home....a tensed akshara asks naksh to call kartik ...he calls him .. Kartik informs them all the incident ....singhanias camed running to the hospital .... Manish and Swarna also camed there as keerti informend them
Kartik was continousely weeping ... After 2 yours doctor camed out from OT
Natik: doctor naira thik toh hai na ab
Doc: humne patient ki head injury. ka first aid kar diya hai lekin their is a complication .... Kuch test karwaye hai jinki report kuch der main aaygi
Akshara: kaisi complications hai sir?
Doc: her brain is not responding correctly....baaki aage test ke baad hi bol sakte hai kuch...ap log ek ek karke mil sakte hai patient se pr dhyaan se vo abhi bhi unconsious hai
Akshara Naksh and natik were crying and manish swarna and keerti were consouling them
Doc: i ya who is kartik here?
Kartik: me
Doc: ap phele milne jaiye she was taking was name in unconsious state
Kartik goes to naira... He sees her surrounded with machines.... Naira was pronouncing kartik's name heavily and slowely
Kartik: ha naira main yahi hu... Dheko vo doc kya bol rahe hai ki tumhara brain proper work nahi kar raha hai.. Unko pata nahi hai Sherni ho tum... Doctor calls kartik outside to tell everyone together about the reports
Doc: so i am sorry to say that but according to this report Miss. Naira singhania is having brain tumer and most propably she is left with 3 months of life spam more... If the complications increases after 2 months we have to do a operation it has 50-50 change ...
Listining to this everyone was broken feom inside they were like the grounds had been snatched from them .... Akshara faints...doctor admits her.....everyone goes to akshara...kartik was watching naira from the glass window

Kartik: naksh main kaise..main..vo main soch ke batata hu
Kartik leaves from the hospital ... He was walking on the streets thinking of naira ... How he met her ...how they became friends...how she use to make him smile ...how she risked her life for him

Bohot eshaan hai tumhare mujpe naira ....pyaar main tumse toh kya kisi se nahi kar sakta ...lekin jo dosti tumse ki hai usko nibhauga main... Kuch nahi hone dunga main tumhe..
Fir chahe uske liye mujhe tumse shaadi hi kyu na karni pade main karuga ... Hamari shaadi jaroor hogi lekin love ya arrange marriage nahi agreement marriage ...3 mahino ka contract hogi hamari shaadi jismain mera motive hoga tumhe khush rakhna aur tumhari jaan bachana
He calls naksh and tells him that he is ready for a 3 months contract marriage with her .... Naksh also agrees as that time the only motive for naksh was his sister's happiness for her last three months
