We break each other,
at the same time make each other.
Love one another,
Hate one another.
Time goes by,
Lessons we learn.
Tears are cried,
Pain is what we've earned.
Time goes by,
Flowers wither away.
Only memories by our side,
Containing our precious first date.
When I leave
these memories follow,
so I stay to appease
both of our sorrows.
Your love makes me hope,
in a better tomorrow.
You're the peace that helps me cope,
blanket when life's wind start to blow.
The day might come
when we'll finally say goodbye,
when it's all said and done.
Until then, you're still mine.
You've become an Idol,
we've partaken in Idolatry.
So lost in darkness I can feel in my soul,
we need to let go so we can both be free.
