Mina's POV

It's already night yet chae is still silent after what happened this morning, She's laying on the bed hugging her own knees

‘ Minari... Am I a monster? ’ She asked and sit then look at me
‘ Nope ’ I simply said

‘ Why did you lie for me earlier? ’ She asked again and rest her chin on her knees
‘ I just want to, I want to protect you ’ I said and shrugged

‘ Minari... Is there a chance for you on loving   me? ’ She asked and look down on her feet
‘ Where was that question came from? ’ I asked and chuckled

‘ From my heart ’ She seriously said and look at me
‘ So is there chance ? ’ She asked again
‘ I can't do that ’ I said and turn my back

‘ Why ’ she asked
‘ I love someone ’ I lied... I can't confess this soon I don't want to hurt her because of my words

You just hurt her by saying you love someone... dumb Mina

She didn't speak anymore and just lay on the bed
‘ Will you go back to your room? ’ She asked
‘ Nope, I'll watch after you... I won't let anyone harm you ’ I said

‘ You're confusing me ’ She mumbled and tuck herself using the blanket
‘ I can handle, Go back to your room ’ She said

‘ Nope I won't ’ I said
‘ Just Leave Mina ’ she coldly said... that's new.

‘ Chaeyoung I will not okay ’ I said
‘ Why! ’ she suddenly shouts and sit... her eyes are getting watery

‘ Because I want to keep you safe okay? what if someone get you again? You're safe when you're with me so just sleep ’ I said a bit annoyed

‘ Why? ’ she asked again...
‘ Why do you want to keep me safe? Who am I to you exactly? ’ she asked and look at me that's when her tears suddenly fall

‘ Are you here because of pity? ’ She asked
‘ Maybe ’ I said...

Wtf are you doing?!

‘ Then leave! I don't need your pity! bring your pity with you and leave this room! ’ She shouts
‘ but- ’ I was cut off when she throw the Tiger plushie

‘ Leave! ’ she shouts again
‘ Fine! ’ I shouts and get the tiger plushie then go out of the room slamming it hard

Third Person's POV

Chaeyoung cry her heart out because of Mina's actions

After several hours...

The girls came back seeing Mina in the Mini bar at the first floor

‘ Mina unnie? what happened? where's chae? ’ Tzuyu asked as she approach Mina
‘ In her room. Crying ’ Mina plainly said and drink again

‘ What why? ’ Dahyun asked
‘ I hurt her. I told her I can't love her, I do love her but I can't this early I'm afraid to hurt her which I just did a few hours ago. This Love is Ridiculous ’ Mina said and chuckled

‘ You just don't know how to control it, Come on let's go upstairs so you could rest ’ Jihyo said
‘ I want to keep her safe, but I'm afraid it will just indanger her with me around... You see it's my father who killed her mother on that court ’ Mina suddenly said

The girls were shock by the sudden confession
‘ Her step father is my father's brother... My father's Father is the reason why her dad died... And her brother... It was Somi's mother's doing, Father told her to poison that kid ’ Mina said again

‘ See? how could I bring joy to her life if My Asshole Father and his family take her love ones away? ’ Mina asked and started to cry

‘ Why Do I need to be that man's daughter?! ’ She shouts and throw the glass away that cause for others to look at her
‘ Sorry, we'll pay dor the mess ’ Nayeon said and smile a bit

Chaeyoung after hearing everything Mina said run away... As far as she can, Crying her heart out confuse on her feelings if she should be happy because Mina love her or should be mad because Mina's father's family take away the lives of her family or Sad because Mina is suffering because of her asshole Father

She didn't realize that she reach the end of the undone bridge at the water... Looking around, Her breathing became heavy

She tried to move and unluckyly she slipped that cause for her to fall in the water she extended her hand reaching for help... but there's no one.

Until someone bring her up, A lot of hands help her go out of the water... She open her eyes look at her unnies everyone's around her

‘ WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING?! ARE YOU TRYING TO KILL YOUR FCKING SELF?! ’ Mina shouts despite of being drunk she recognized chaeyoung's silhouette

chaeyoung continously cough and stand up
‘ Thank you ’ Chaeyoung said and turn her back on them
‘ Sorry for the trouble ’ Chaeyoung said and started to walk away but she suddenly faint

Mina immediately run to her and carry her
‘ Damn it! why are you stubborn ’ Mina said as her cracked voice and her tears fell...

Despite of dizziness, she carry chae to her room and go directly to bathroom to change her clothes

The girls Check Chaeyoung

‘ Mina you take a bath too, you'll catch a cold ’ Jihyo commanded but Mina didn't move, she's just staring at chaeyoung
‘ How could I be so careless ’ Mina said and look down crying

‘ It's all my fault ’ Mina said and take a deep breath then get in the bathroom
‘ Go back to your rooms and rest now ’ Jihyo said

Nayeon peck on chaeyoung's forehead
‘ Goodnight Chaengie, Have a sweet dreams ’  Nayeon softly said and leave with jeongyeon
‘ Goodnight Small unnie ’ Tzuyu said and go out which follows the others

After an almost hour Mina come out of the bathroom with her pjamas
She climbed to the bed and hug Chaeyoung seeking for warmth

‘ I'm sorry Cub... Please forgive me ’ She mumbled and kiss Chaeyoung on her lips
‘ Goodnight, dream of me... Don't leave me ’ Mina said and snuggle closer

Chaeyoung woke up seeing Mina hugging her tight... she sighed and get up

‘ Sorry Mina... If this is what you want then I'll give it to you ’ Chae said
‘ Come to me when you're decided to your own feelings ’ Chae said and kiss Mina's forehead

‘ I... love you Minari, If you're acting coward then it's not my fault if our thing will go to waste... I'll wait for you please don't let me wait too long ’ Chaeyoung softly said

She get up and get her things, her luggage and the Penguin plushie

‘ I'll have this so I can still think you're with me, this will lessen my fear I guess? ’ Chae said and chuckled a bit

She get her things and go out tiptoeing, she silently close the door and flinched when someone hold her shoulder so she look over her shoulder seeing Tzuyu

‘ Where are you going? ’ she asked
‘ Home. I can't stay here anymore, It hurts ’ Chaeyoung confess and look down

‘ I'll come with you ’ Tzuyu said and move aside to show her luggage Already set up
‘ me too ’ Dahyun said and silently go out closing the door

‘ Let's leave now before unnies woke up ’ Dahyun said so we agreed
The girls go out seeing a Van Already waiting

‘ how do you guys know that I'll leave the moment I woke up? ’ chae asked and get in the van while their luggages are place at the compartment by the driver

‘ I just knew ’ Tzuyu and Dahyun said in Unison and shrugged
