Chapter 8

"Do you have to give him attention?" Shai asked as she pouted
"Jealous of Pucchi?" Himeko asked and laughed. Shai whimpered softly as she pouted
"Oh Shai...stop with your little jealousy" Himeko said and Pucchi barked before he jumped into Shai
"He likes you too" Himeko said. Shai only held the dog and petted him softly
"Don't take Himeko away from me okay?" Shai asked and Pucchi only barked before licking her face
"Ah! H-hey! No!" Shai said and laughed a bit. Pucchi wagged his tail and soon rested on her lap
"You're such a good boy right Pucchi?" Himeko said
"I'm good too right Himeko-chan?" Shai asked as she smiled brightly
"Yes. You're my good girl too" Himeko said as she reached out and patted her head softly. Shai blushed and placed Pucchi down before hugging Himeko
"Himeko!" Shai said
"Ah! Sh-shai wait!" Himeko said as she squirmed
"I love you so much!" Shai said pulling her into her lap and cuddled her. Himeko blushed and kissed her head
"Awww" Shai said as she giggled. Himeko held her cheek and leaned in slowly
"Hey bitches!" Someone shouted and soon Himeko groaned as they were interrupted by a certain girl
"Eh? Diane?" Shai asked
"I'm surprised bumping into you bitches" Diane said
"What the hell do you want?" Himeko asked
"What? Can't I say hi?" Diane asked as she touched Himeko's head but Shai slapped her hand away
"Don't touch..." Shai said as she glared at her
"Haha! Sorry Shai" Diane said as she smiled
"Anyways are you just gonna stand here like a third wheel? Or were you planning to go somewhere?" Shai asked
"Well I got a call from one of my bitches and told me to meet her up over by the coffee shop" Diane said
"Well what are you standing here for? Leave" Himeko said
"Why is she so mean to me?" Diane asked as she looked at Shai
"Probably because you tried to flirt with me" Shai said
"That was high school. Already like a few years ago and I stopped right after Momokino-san came after me. Get over it" Diane said
"Shut the fuck up you stupid bitch" Himeko said as she flicked her off
"Oh damn....you've been spending quite some time with that Mizusawa right?" Diane asked and giggled
"Will you just leave?" Himeko asked
"What? I'm not doing anything. I am just chatting with you guys and if you have a problem with it then I suggest you control your shitty jealousy" Diane said and Shai only growled as she glared at her. Soon Pucchi came up and barked at Diane
"Huh!? Eh!? Even your dog hates me?!" Diane exclaimed as Pucchi barked as he tried to make her back up. Diane only sighed as she took a step back and smiled
"Anyways sorry for interrupting your small little date but I better get going now" Diane said
"Please leave..." Himeko said
"Uh...bye Diane and have a nice day" Shai said as she smiled slightly nervous
"Bye Shai" Diane said before she walked away. Shai sighed in relief and felt Himeko bury her face against her chest
"E-eh? Hey Himeko y-you alright?" Shai asked and Himeko only remained quiet. Pucchi walked closer to them and whined softly as he stood up on his hind legs. Shai looked at him before she grabbed him then pulled him up
"Himeko-chan, are you feeling well?" Shai asked
"Am I...really that bad with my jealousy?" Himeko asked and Shai ruffled her hair
"Heh...don't listen to her Himeko. I love you just the way you are and you don't have to change for me at all. I enjoy it when you're jealous because that means you love me so so much and that you want me by your side always..." Shai said and smiled. Himeko looked at her and Pucchi barked softly as he wagged his tail rapidly
"Thanks for doing that for me Pucchi" Himeko said as she petted him softly. Pucchi barked and licked her hand
"Heh should we go somewhere else to hang out?" Shai asked
"Sure" Himeko said and got off of her lap. Pucchi jumped off as well. Shai stood up and smiled warmly
"But let's not head to the coffee shop. I don't want to bump into that slut again..." Himeko said
"Heh don't worry about her. It won't happen. We can go to this direction and probably get some crepes" Shai said
"Hmm alright" Himeko said and kneeled down as she put Pucchi on a leash. Pucchi jumped as he barked and wagged his tail. Shai reached out and held her hand before giving it a small kiss
"I love you cutie" Shai said
"I love you too Shai" Himeko said and Shai leaned in giving her a quick kiss. Himeko seemed surprised and smiled a bit
"You're the best, Shai" Himeko said and leaned in. Shai blushed deeply and smiled warmly before cuddling her
"My princess~" Shai whispered softly
