Stand Abilities:
Water Bending: Koi Boy can manipulate and create water, this can be used tactically as well as being able to contain a living creature inside.
Koi Creation: Koi Boy can create a school of fish or an individual one which can float in the air without water.
These koi can usually survive any natural circumstance.
Calm Water, Fast Living: This ability can create a water tube which can transport items, maybe even living things (though, it hasn't been tried). It can also be used like a string when made thin.
