The bright yellow sun had almost set over the hills. The soft crunch of soil under them was calming in a way, the small of grass was almost overwhelming as they thudded through the heavy thick bushes and leaves. The overgrown greens pushed against their fur covered legs. The whole way had been nothing but silence, but it wasn't awkward. Neither of them had anything to say- they were polar opposites in a way. Foxleap was far from a grumpy elder. She was kind, gentle, and comforting. She wanted to be there for her clan in anyway she could, she wanted to help them until her final breath. While Tigerleap had been an annoyed, socially awkward, quiet clan mate her entire life. She would never die for her clan, she would never risk something important to her for her clan. They're loyalty to their clan were both on different sides of the scale. "Darkwhisker was giving you quite the stare earlier." Tigerleap flinched a little at the sudden sound of Foxleaps voice. Her voice was still the same, ever since Tigerleap was born- Foxleap had sounded the same. When Tigerleap had become old enough- Foxleap had taken her under her wing. Foxleap taught Tigerpaw everything she had learned. Through all the war, and pain Foxleap had to go through- she had been willing to do anything to make sure young Tigerleap did not have to suffer the same way. After mentoring Tigerleap, Foxleap had retired. She dropped her spot as a warrior and moved herself to the elder den- where she had believed she belonged after so long of fighting. Tigerleap had been torn over the fact Foxleap had retired. She had trained under Foxleap for so long, had gotten a name after her- had learned all her tricks and tactics. It sent her into a swirl of emotions. Most importantly annoyance. She had angrily spat out an entire speech at Foxleap- yelling madly at everyone around her. It was a feeling she couldn't understand. Confusion, annoyance, and irritation- all swiveled into one emotion. A sigh from the older ginger tabby had brought her back from her daydream. "oh uh... yeah.." she had muttered. Foxleap glanced back at her and sighed. "it still upsets you?" Tigerleap had stopped in her tracks. She looked away and scoffed. Foxleap sighed, and she turned towards Tigerleap. "Tigerleap, im getting old. I may be agile- but i've been and seen through so much. I had taught you every single thing that i know. And it just happened to be my time." Tigerleap sighed, she was about to say something but Foxleap had cut her off. "we'll continue this later. Starclan has reached out to me." And with that, she turned on her paws and continued. Slightly shaken, Tigerleap had quickly regained her sense, and she followed the ginger cat ahead of her. The sun had set leaving the sky a darkened purple. The stars twinkled above, however the moon was blocked by the grey clouds that were scattered across the gorgeous sky. The breeze had lightened, but it still blew a small gust of cold every now and then. It frizzed their fur slightly at the edges- causing a shiver to run down the elder gingers spine. They had reached their destination, stopping right beside the cave that dove down far beneath the surface of the earth. Tigerleap laid down beside the entrance, and curled her tail against her body, she looked up at the stars and flickered her ears. Glancing over at the ginger cat, she closed her eyes and let out a steady breath. "i'll be here whenever you're ready." With that, Foxleap walked down into the depth of the cave. She approached the stone sat in the middle of the cave. The stone was a light blue- it was glowing with a gentle hue. She approached the stone and laid down. Her head rested against her paws- and with a few spared minutes, she had slipped into a state of rest. Within a few minutes of darkness, her eyes had reopened- only now to be surrounded by the enchanting area above the stars. The clouds beneath her paws were softer then any grass she had ever stepped on, the sky above her were a gorgeous indigo color. Surrounded by stars and constellations, she was taken aback by how gorgeous it was. As she was admiring- she had sensed a presence. Her ears shot up as she looked around, and as she looked to her left- she had been greeted by a completely grey cat. Foxleap had flinched backwards when she came face to face with this ashy pelted cat. "Oh... Hello" The grey cat had looked upon the ginger tabby. But she hadn't said anything. Foxleap was beginning to feel uncomfortable. Until a familiar voice had spoken up. "Ashfur, please stop scaring my friend." Turning with a advanced swiftness- She saw the familiar white and black pelt of Tumblecough. "Foxleap! my dear friend, how have you been?" Foxleap felt a sudden sense of comfort and happiness. "I have been good my old friend" Her voice was soft and gentle. She was rather sweet when talking to tumblecough. Tumblecough padded up to her, walking in front of her. "I Have been better" Foxleap cleared her throat as she sat upon the fluffy cloud she had woken up on. The grey ashy cat had seemingly disappeared, it was quite unsettling actually. Tumblecough had looked down to Foxleap with his power filled eyes. "Ah, what i called you here for...." Tumblecough looked up at the beautiful sky above. He gazed back down at Foxleap who had been looking at Tumblecough with a worried look. "There is going to be.. A encounter. A new presence of sorts. They themselves are not the sort of evil you would imagine, in fact- they are very very far from it. However, from this presence- this encounter, issues will occur, problems and chaos. They carry all the trouble that they possibly could. And this will put your clan into a horrid fate. Of extinction." As tumblecough had finished what he had to say, Foxleap had taken a step back, sudden visions of a character in a fuzzy red outline, the glimpses of red fuzzy figures falling, and not getting back up, the fear that had filled Foxleaps body. Her tail fuzzed up, her back raised as her claws unintentionally retracted from her paws, she felt sick. The feeling so indescribable. The fear that had crawled down her back and the unshakable feeling of someone watching her. Her ears began to ring loudly, she let out yelps of fear, calling out for Tigerleap, Tumblecough, anybody. And with that... she had woken up in the same place in the moonstone,
