Chapter 43

I climb into the big double bed, unlocking my phone. I go through all the photos from today. The bed dips besides me and Lando places his head on my shoulder, watching me scroll through the photos. "That one is cute." He says, pointing to the photo where he threw me over his shoulder and started spinning me around, my hair flying everywhere but wide smiles can just be seen on our faces. "I like this one though." I say, showing him the one I have as my Lock Screen. "We are so cute together." He says, lightly kissing my shoulder. "Yeah, we are." I smile, putting my phone away and slipping under the covers. Lando's arms quickly wrapping around my torso, pulling me closer to him.

"So ladies," George starts as we all sit around the table digging into our breakfast. "We have booked a boat for us, for the whole day. There will be a guy driving the boat so we don't have to worry about that." George adds. "Really? Yay this is going to be so fun." Lily says. "Yeah. I can't wait." I add with a smile.

We finish breakfast and run back to our rooms, preparing for the day ahead. I pack some extra clothes and a towel into my backpack along with my phone. "Ready babe?" Lando asks, holding out his hand. "Yes. Let's go." I smile, taking his hand as we walk out the house. We spot Charles and Charlotte waiting outside already. "Wow, Lando's on time." Charles says with a laugh. "Yeah, because of Hannah." George calls out from behind us, him and Carmen exiting their house. I laugh and Lando looks at me. "Not you too." He sighs. "You are late, to a lot of things." I admit with a small smile. He rolls his eyes, not bothering to argue.

"Wow. This is awesome." Lily says. "Better than the photos." Lando comments. We all walk onto the big, double story boat. With a bottom floor only for entertainment. A nice bar, a kitchen and a net at the front of the boat to sit on. The top floor is where the captain sits. We greet the captain as we walk onto the boat. "The bar and kitchen is fully stocked, take what you want. It's part of the package you bought." He confirms before disappearing up the stairs. "Wow. This is amazing." I say, taking it all in as I place my bag next to Lando's on the couch.

"Wow. This is so beautiful." I comment, looking out over the ocean as we pull away from the shore. "Yes. It is, isn't it." Lando comments from behind me. I turn around to find him looking at me. A small blush creeps across my cheeks. "Stop, that's not true." I say softly, looking back out at the ocean.

"What do you mean?" Lando whispers directly in my ear, making me jump a little. "Of course you are beautiful. You are the most beautiful woman I have ever seen." He continues, wrapping his arms around my waist. "Thank you but-." "No. No buts. You are gorgeous. Why do you keep saying this about yourself?" He asks me, spinning me around to face him. I see the concern across his face.

"I don't know. It's been on my mind for a while like why would you pick me, a driver like you, over a model or something." I say, looking down at my nails. "Hey hey hey. Look at me." He says softly, placing his hand under my chin. My eyes lock with his. "That's exactly why. You're a driver like me. You understand what's going on. You're smart, hard working and an amazing driver. That's why you are so much better than any other girl." He says as small tears begin to fill my eyes.

Wrapping my arms around his neck, I place my head in the crook of his neck. "Thank you Lan. That means a lot to me." I say softly, thankful for him helping me with some of my insecurities. "Of course Han. Anything for you. I love you." I says and my breath hitches. Pulling away from his hug. His eyes search mine, worry covering his face. "I love you too." I smile, placing my hand on his cheek as a tear slips down my cheek. He smiles, leaning down and capturing my lips in his.

"Get a room you two!" George yells at us making us break apart cause we were giggling too much. "I love you." Lando says again. "I love you." I repeat, wide smiles on both our faces before we move back to the others.

The rest of the day was spent with the eight of us lounging around on the boat, eventually opening the bar for drinks, many laughs, jumping off the boat into the ocean, exploring tiny islands and most of all making memories with 7 of my best friends.

"Wow, look at that." Lily says, eyes on the gorgeous sun set in front of us. "Gorgeous." Carmen comments. "Cheers everyone." George says holding up his drink we all laugh. "Cheers guys." I say and we all come together, holding all our drinks together in the middle. "To friendship." Alex says. "You cheese ball." Lily laughs from next to him. "To friendship." We all eventually say.
