"I will kill every gosh darn one of ya before I let even one of my slaves go. I don't care what those bleeding heart crooked politicians is selling up there in Washington." William Caspian Reid bellowed.

"Pap, you can't fight the government. We already tried that and we lost." His grandson Thadeus pleaded with him to see reason.

"If you don't shut your lil weakling mouth, I'll cut off your lips. I don't want to hear about it. My answer is no and that's FINAL!" 

The six-foot-six three hundred and thirty-five-pound giant scared the average person into silence. Even though his grandson was almost as big as his grandfather and stout enough to take the old man on, he was no fool. 

William Thadeus Reid watched the old man's movements during many of his boxing matches. Whenever the older man finished a fight, his opponent typically fell to the ground dead.

The man was a monster and life was the equivalent of a living nightmare for those who lived in his world. 

Because the beast knew it, he lived for the thrill of terrorizing his family and slaves along with anyone who was foolhardy enough to enter Reid House of their own accord.
