"Spread you legs shoulder length apart, relaxes your shoulder, now when you make a fist start with your index by curling it in first then let rest of your other fingers follow behind it, next positing your thin behind your finger" Jehnson explained to Assiah while demonstrating to her .

"Next thing you wanna do is try to keep your weight balanced on both of your feet's, also keep both feet apart to maintain good balance, when you move around never leg your feet get crossed up, and in the direction your throwing your punch at, make sure your move you feet in that direction" Jehnson told her she nodded taking in all the information he was giving her.

"You got everything?" He asked her, she gave him a nod. "Alright let start then" he told her a pair of boxing gloves while he got his training mitts.

They practiced some of boxing punches from jabs, right cross or straight right, left and right hook, left and right upper cuts. It didn't take Assiah no time to learn, her formation and stance was good to be her first time for to be a beginner in boxing.

Practicing for about two hours Assiah was beyond tired and her legs and arm both felts like jelly. Assigned stared limping while walking like her legs was finna go to sleep, Jehnson started laughing, but he helped her take a seat on the bench.

"You alright?" He asked her.

"Yeah, My arms and legs is killing me, plus I haven't exercised that much since i used to be on the basketball team in high school" Assiah said while uncapping the water he gave her.

"Thanks for the water" she murmured while drinking more if the water.

"No problem, you you to play basketball?" He asked her.

"Yeah, I was the team captain and shooting guard kn my team in high school, so you know that why my right jab was you know, hittin" Assiah said while throwing a playful right and left hook while dusting off her shoulders, Jehnson started laughing.

"You was aight, you was ight" he said while waving her off while laughing.

"But you played basketball, that's dope. I used to play it too, but my heart was in the field" he said while smiling reminiscing when he used to play football.

"For real, what happened if you don't mind me asking?" Assiah asked while drinking some of her water.

"We was in our final game, thats season we won all our games and shit we was unstoppable, scouts was out and everything, I was one of the top 5 players in my team. Right when I caught the ball and finna go for a touch down I started having intense pain in my chest that shit felt so bad, and then what make it more worser someone tackled me which caused more trauma in that area, so you you know had to give it up, but I'm still standing and got other success for myself, what about you?" Jehnson asked her as he took a sip of his water.

"My grandma, at the time she was getting really ill, she didn't have anyone but me as family to take care of her, our family is you know really much of a family, so it wasn't either let her suffer with no help or basketball, and believe you me, I was gonna give up basketball cause she was way more important than that to me," Assiah said while wiping the falling tears from her eyes.

Reaching over to the towels he had seated on the benches, he grabbed it and handled it over to Assiah. Grabbing she thanked him, while preordering to dry her face.

"I feel you, sometimes you gotta give up certain things for certain times" Jehnson said as he leaned up proving his arm on his knee while massaging his hands, which made them pop.

"Yeah, for her I would've give up anything, still" Assiah said while wiping some more tears off with her hand.

"If you don't mind me asking, how is your grandma?" Jehnson asked her while looking over at her.
