"damn you look good" meech said looking me up and down before licking his lips. i smiled before i grabbed a hold of his hand.
"thank you, you don't look too bad yourself" he smacked his lips before mushing my head.
"go find somebody to play wit" i busted out laughing as i watched him lock the front door and led me to the car.
after we finally got settled he pulled off. we going to his aunts wedding which is 3 hours away.
"you hungry?" he glanced at me before putting his attention back on the road. i shook my head.
"i just ate earlier" i said before i took my phone out and started scrolling through instagram.
he nodded his head slowly.

the ride didn't feel long since the two invested in different conversations throughout the ride and made sure it was never a dull moment.
"you think they gonna like me?" nae asked as they made they way to meech great grandma house.
he held her close by her waist , "doesn't matter as long as i like you" he said kissing her forehead.
giving her butterflies she held her head down and smiled.
they continued to walk until meech sister came up to them and hugged nae which made meech let her go so can could hug back.
"girl where you been? you forgot about me?" jayia asked pulling away from the hug.
her and nae got close so she didn't understand why nae stopped talking to her all of a sudden.
"no. i been busy dassit, folks been booking nail appointments back to back and it's honestly taking a toll on me." nae sighed before looking over at meech who was texting on his phone.
she shook her head and put her attention back on jayia. "girl i been tryna book but all the days ain busy you be booked and ion like that" she whined.
"i'll do you monday around 3. just call me and let me know when you ready" nae said. just as jayia was finna respond mama mae called her name which made her walk off.
meech put his phone in his pocket before we walked in his auntie house. it was packed in there but i tried to keep my cool.
i literally hate being around people, it make me nervous- miaa.
his auntie walked up to us before hugging him and kissing his cheek.
"oh my goshhh. you gotten so big and i missed youuuu. mari here" she smiled before pulling away and looking at her and her smile dropped.
"who are you?" she asked looking me up and down, i mugged her before looking back at meech.
"that's not the way you ask somebody for their name, but i'm janae" i smiled , she rolled her eyes before blending in with the crowd.
i looked at meech and raised my eyebrow but he just shook his head and pulled me to the kitchen.
"man apologize dawg, ain bring her down here fa this bullshit and ain finna let you disrespect her like that" he spoke as his aunt stared at him in disbelief.
"no. you seen how she mugged me !" she said slightly raising her voice. i scrunched my face up.
"i definitely didn't mug you, you looked me up and down that's why i looked at you like that" i said shifting my weight to one side.
"you just want us to respect her but i'm not because i liked your other girlfriend you brung over here the other day" she smirked. i looked at meech but he just shook his head.
i sighed before walking outside. i refuse to embarrass myself here, this ain't even my family. hell ion even got a family!
meech walked out after me and grabbed my hand. i snatched it away and mugged him.
"you brought me all the way down here to embarrass me KNOWING you had another female down here a couple days ago. you're weird like what." stepping back nae crossed her arms.
"man on my momma ain bring no female down here, i been working and focused on you so HOW IN THE FUCK i had time to even come down here
you seen how she was just all up on me like she ain't seen me in a long time but she seen me a couple days ago? these folks messy and they'll say shit to make you mad. i'll take you home if that's what you wanna do cause ion want you to feel uncomfortable around them" meech said running his hands down his face and putting them in his pocket.
you can honestly say he was going through something that he didn't wanna speak on. he wasn't in the right mind and he hated it.
he was fighting demons that he didn't even know he had and it was eating him alive. seeing shadows and feeling alone even when he had people around was the worst.
"you sure?" nae asked , she didn't want to not believe him when he probably was telling the truth and she knew she'll regret it later.
he nodded before grabbing her hand leading her to the car.

"you okay?" nae sat on the bed with her towel wrapped around her body getting ready to lotion herself down.
meech nodded as he stared at the ceiling trying his best to ignore the shadow he saw in the hallway with the small voices he heard telling him to kill himself.
nae felt that something was off with him but she didn't wanna jump to conclusions. as she finished putting lotion on herself she put on an big tee and some granny panties.

she put her phone on the charger before laying in bed and getting under the cover.
meech turned to the side and laid his head on her titties, he took in her scent and smiled slightly.
she honestly made him the happiest person that's why he enjoyed being around her and he couldn't fall asleep unless he was under her.
