Peppa was dead. She really died from that fall. But of course someone had to save her . Otherwise how would this be a part 2.
1 week later after trying to find her. Joshua saw a dead pig on the grass. He went closer and saw that it was peppa. He took her with a leash and went to Jim's hospital. Jim was the best doctor, known to be a cannibal and a psychopath. Yes he gave all the blood to his best fren but that's not important to the story yet.
Josh put peppa on the hospital bed and left.
Jim made an operation and revived the pig. She was a zombie now. Jim didn't eat her since she was a pig and neither did Blurryface so they let her out.
