kenma was a little thrown off by the sudden question but then agreed thinking whats the harm, that and he was kinda curious as to what you looked like.

you set up your phone so it was leaning against something so that kenma would be able to see you while you were also playing minecraft on your pc, you could hear movement from kenmas assuming he was just doing the same. Once you both had your cameras on, you mentally cursed at yourself mad you didn't put at least some effort in to look a little less like a literal cockroach and more like an actual person as you thought he was cute.

you quickly left to 'get a hoodie' quickly muting your end of the call and going out of frame

In a matter of minutes you were back and in frame but as you went to unmute yourself only to see it was already unmuted meaning you didn't actually mute it and kenma heard everything, you were now doing more than just mentally cursing yourself. You were mortified and all you could process was kenma laughing at your shocked expression making matters worse.

it's really not that funny you mumbled but still loud enough for him to hear

and with that the conversation shifted back to what you were doing. before you knew it you guys had been on call for hours just chatting and playing games. when you checked the time it was nearly 4:30am so you thought maybe you should call it a night. While still on call to Kenma you shut down your pc and went in the bathroom to brush your teeth taking your phone with you.  Kenma was still playing his games mumbling to himself about the games, when you had finished you made your way into your bed.

yeah i'm gonna go to sleep now, are you gonna be going to bed soon too?

yeah probably but in a little while 

good thing its the weekend i guess, you don't have to worry about getting up for school huh?

you made yourself comfortable and slowly drifted off asleep while listening to kenma continue to mumble to himself and the sound of his keyboard. kenma looked at your sleeping face, seeing you so peaceful he couldn't help but smile.
