When Dream tried to Revive Tommy he didn't came back, instead their was a bright light blinding dream, when the light dims down it show Tommy?no that is not Tommy, that is his Ghost
Ghostinnit appeared and saw his dead body and started to freak out alerting Sam with his loud yells when Sam got there he was shocked to find dream being berated the Ghost he killed. Sam picked up the kid body and order the ghost to follow him.
