Deja Vu

Emily's POV

"Hi Pipes!" I say as I walk to meet Piper at her front door. She is holding a package. "Hi! She says as we hug. "What did you order?" I ask. "Oh, actually this is for you. I don't know who it's from but it says Emily on it." She replies. "It's probably fanmail," I reply. I open the package. Inside there is a note. It reads, "Dear Emily, I hope you get well soon. Enjoy what is inside the package! - Jordan_Clark06." Piper looks at me confused. "Get well soon?" She asks. "Ummmm yea." I blush. Earlier today I wanted an excuse to FaceTime him so I pretended I wasn't feeling well. I can't believe he sent me a gift and note! He is so thoughtful. "I did a prank on him today pretending I was not feeling well to see what he would do." I say. Piper doesn't seem fond of my answer. "Who is this Jordan guy?" She asks poking me. "Oh. He's just this guy I found on Instagram and have been talking to." I say. "Emily's got a new crush! Emily's got a new crush!" Piper chants. "Emily has a what?!" Jenna screams running out of the house. "Emily has been talking to a guy named Jordan on Instagram." "No! We're just friends!" I lie. I liked Jordan but I think he just thinks of me as a friend. "If you were just friends why are you blushing?" Jenna exposes me. "OK, maybe I do have a little crush on him." I admit. Piper and Jenna go crazy. "But I doubt that he feels the same! He probably has a girlfriend!" I lie. I knew he didn't. "What is this Jordan's full name?" Piper asks. "Jordan Clark." I say. "Why?" I ask. Piper doesn't answer me as she takes out her phone. She googles, 'Does Jordan Clark have a girlfriend 2021'. "It says he's single!" Jenna giggles as we go inside.

Later...

After my shower, I change into a new outfit.

Once I am changed I head downstairs and ask my mom what is for dinner. "Hey mom, what's for dinner?" I ask. "Chicken pot pie." She replies. I love chicken pot pies. They are my favorite besides Takis. My mom said they would be ready in 30 minutes so I decided to scroll through Instagram to pass the time. On my for you page, I see a fan tagged me in a post. I open it and look at the picture. It is a thumbnail from a YouTube video. It is titled, 'Stefan Benz jealous of Emily Dobson's new crush Jordan! II Tea II **MUST WATCH**' Wait what? I look at the video. IN the video there are several screenshots of texting going on between Stefan and Jordan. They read:

Stefan: Hey what's all this stuff about you liking Emily.

Jordan: Oh. We are crushes now.

Stefan: That's not OK.

Jordan: It is plenty "OK". You decided to be a brat and break up with her! This is your loss. And now she's with me.

Stefan: That doesn't give you the right to go off and date her.

Jordan: Yes it does. "#Stemily" is over. No one ever shipped you guys anyways.

Stefan: You'll see. I'm going to make it up to Emily. She will love me again and you will be kicked to the curb wait and see.

Jordan: I will. And trust me, it's not going to happen.

It turns out that Stefan posted the chats of them texting on his Instagram story, and now thanks to him, we're all over the tea pages. This is BAD. It's like Stefan and Thadd all over again. It's- it's-... Deja vu.
