Squeeling is not rare among Fangirls. It spreads quickly and is highly contagious so friends are advised to wear special masks.

If you suffer from the Squeeling Disorder, DO NOT under any circumstances visit the doctor. They will interogate you and pretend that the afore mentioned patient is mental, which she probably is.

And then just let it all out. Squeel as much as you need to. For as long as you need to.

Side affects include a sore throat and the Unable to Speak Phenomena.
