Mya POV days later
I laid down tired as Lee kissed me while he held me. I was dropping Saint off but he insisted that I slept over. He randomly stopped. "How'd you meet him" he randomly asked while we were cuddling.
"I don't wanna talk about this" I quickly responded
"Cmon tell me bcuz it seems like sumn on yo mind you ain't kissing me back"
"I'm just tired"
"Ight whatever" he turned over
"Okayyy I'll tell youuu" I whined and he turned back over
I started. "So about two years I didn't really have no cash like that so I decided to get a maid job. I knew of him bcuz of course he's a celebrity but I didn't know his real name so when I got the job and pulled up then I figured out it was him."
"Mhm" he said listening
"So then I was working there and it was at job that I had to stay in his home so I guess after a while he started taking a liking to me but he was distant so I was serious. That's when I met you at the mall I don't know if you remember but you went to my school and we started talking."
" I don't remember the mall but continue"
"Okay so we had a sneaky link that wasn't really sneaky so he found out. He got mad at me and was acting crazy. So I started avoiding you bcuz I didn't know what he was capable of"
"I woulda beat the raps out of him. Why ain't you just tell me you know I was bout that?"
"I know but you were a senior I didn't want you to mess up anything for a petty beef"
"I got my hittas but continue" he said rubbing on my ass
"Sooooooooo he just got too involved with me but I wanted to be with you so I decided I was gonna leave the job after my birthday. So I left and moved with you and blah blah blah then I seen him at that birthday party and left blah blah blah that's when he took me"
I stopped knowing that if I explained more Lee would know about the hit on him. He was silent. "Hello??" I asked
"What"
"You don't got nothing to say"
"Nahh I know you not telling me something"
"Whatchu mean"
"You love him?"
I stayed silent for awhile. "I don't know"
"Mya don't act fuckin stupid so you just go from being with me not wanting him to marrying him? And you left me while I was in my coma?"
"Lee you don't know"
"So then tell me tell me wassup I don't wanna keep secrets"
"I can't tell you"
"Of course you wanna protect him so bad bcuz you still want him goodnight Mya" he turned around.

Kentrell pov
I looked in the mirror as Amari fixed my chains. We was going onna dinner date. I just wanted to show ha that I cared. Mya mailed me sum divorce papers that I'm not signing so she can get gone. She prolly fuccin with another nigga.
"Why you keep looking at my neck" I asked Amari
"Because" she said then walked away
"What" I said still looking in the mirror
I looked at my neck and seen the "Mya" tat. "You mad about the tat?" I asked
she didn't respond I seen her packing her stuff so I went up to her
"Answer me when I'm talking to you" I grabbed her hand looking in her eyes.
"Do you still want her?" She asked and it caught me off guard I didn't want to hurt her feelings
"No I don't"
"Well you got them damn divorce papers downstairs and you haven't signed them"
"I will don't worry bout that just dont leave"
She sighed. "Okay" she kissed me

Mya POV week later
I talked the whole Atlanta thing out with Lee and he agreed. Even tho we had that awkward moment I decided I didn't want to go into detail about me and kentrell bcuz I know he'll try to do something to him.
It was a quick desicion the day I told him about it Jessica already found a place that me and her would stay. It was a nice apartment in the bougie side of the city. We were gonna stay in the same complex but different apartments.
Lee was gonna stay on the other side of the city but he was still looking for a place but Saint was gonna stay with him for the first month. He promised to pay my bills but I also had my back up money from my secret account so I was good for about 5 months of rent.
We we're moving in a week and I was so excited I already started putting together my ideas for the business I wanted to start. And I was making connections since I already had the lil clout from kentrell.
I walked in Jessica's room while she was packing. "Damn you already packed a lot" I looked around.
"Girll I know we gotta start sending stuff over there now so we can't go to empty apartments" she laughed
"Yeah I know i'm just excited im actually starting a business and getting back on my influencer stuff I just feel free you really inspire me Jess" I said and she thanked me
Jessica was 2 years older than me. Even tho she had it made for her she still worked hard. She a business, a YouTube, and was an ig influencer. And it is a successful. I was getting on my shit when I moved with Lee at first but kentrell fucked it up. But now I'm back on track all thanks to her.
