chapter 1 business

Lucia's POV

I woke up to my alarm going off it was 6:30 I got out of bed and went to take a shower the hot water woke me up after 20 minutes I got out of the shower and headed towards the closet to find some close I ended up wearing a striped purple and white shirt black pants a pair of combat boots a green military jacket and a red beanie I went downstairs where I was greeted with Eda
"Hey kiddo" Eda said she was busy making breakfast
"Morning"I said as I sat at the table
"Where's luz"
"I think she is still in bed " Eda said while serving me food
"So what are you planning on doing today " Eda asked sitting in  a chair that faced me
" I got to meet Winona she wanted to tell me something important"
I heard someone walking down the stairs I turned around to see luz with a tired look on her face followed by king heading to the kitchen
"Good morning" I said
"Morning" said luz
Eda gave luz a plate full of food
"Thanks " Luz said with a smile
I finished breakfast , said goodbye to eda ,luz and kind and did my best to ignore hooty .

I was now in the middle of the street where you can see stands on both sides after a couple of minutes searching I finally found wionna standing near a stand
"About time " Winona said giving me a side eye
" yeah sorry ,so what did you wanna talk about ?"
"Do you wanna make some money?" Wionna started after I agreed she continued " well I have a proposition
for you I run a business an not so legal business that can help you make money and betting up people at same time " it took a while for the news to sink in but in the end I agreed
" perfect" said Winona "meet me tonight at the same place at 9 pm tonight" after that we said goodbye and I started heading back to the owl house wondering what did Winona plan to do tonight
