Eight Crimson-Stained Roses (SlenderMan x Reader)

Chapter One: Befriending the SlenderMan

        (Y/N) woke up to the sound of her alarm going off. She groaned, sitting up, and rubbing her eyes.

        "(Y/N)!! Time to get up!!" Your mother yelled.

        "I'm coming, I'm coming!" (Y/N) yelled back, getting out of bed, and changed from her (F/C) camisole and (Color) shorts into her black jeans, white and black striped long-sleeve shirt, and (F/C) hoodie. She laced up her black combat boots. She grabbed her black fingerless gloves and her cell phone.

        (Y/N) looked in her mirror, her once sparkling (E/C) eyes had lost their precious glow. No thanks to her step-father, Daniel. Her mother, Melody, had married him soon after her father, Freddy (Not Freddy Shizzbear....) had died in an accident. Except that it wasn't an accident, (Y/N) knew that her father had been murdered.

        (Y/N) heard her door open, and her younger brother, Ben, stood in the doorway, his dirty blond, almost golden, hair hung over his sparkling blue eyes, "(Y-Y/N), mama says you need to come down now..."

        Ben was a five-year-old, and even he understood what was happening. Ben never understood why it was happening. He still believed the world was right. He believed his hero, Link, was real. He believed that one day, Link would come and rescue them, and bring them to Hyrule, and live a better life (And where they could become heroes and help people, too. But it never happened, to Ben's dismay).

        (Y/N) nodded, and followed Ben out of her room, and down to the kitchen, where her mother and... Daniel sat, in a conversation that stopped when (Y/N) and Ben entered the room. Daniel laughed and patted Ben on the head. 

        "(Y/N), eat your breakfast before you're late for the bus...." Her mother said quietly, looking down.

        (Y/N) rolled her eyes, "Mom, I'm not all that hungry..."

        "(Y/N) eat something, you can't possibly be this way!!!" Daniel shouted, slamming his fists on the table. Daniel got angry really easily.

        (Y/N) rolled her (E/C) eyes, before sitting down and eating a bowl of cereal. (Y/N) got up and grabbed her backpack, and headed out the door to the bus.

~~~~TIMESKIP, Narrator's POV (aka 3rd person, bruh)~~~~

      I would like to say that (Y/N)'s day gets better, and that she has an amazing boyfriend with a kickass car and a dazzling smile, waiting for her, to hold her close and near. But that would be a lie. (Y/N) was an outcast, and had few friends to call her own. Scratch that, her only friend is dead. 

        (Y/N) sighed, and sat alone on the bus. Every so often, she gazed out the window, and saw a tall figure with no face dressed in a nice suit. He never scared her. Even without a face, she could tell he looked concerned.

        (Y/N) pulled her hood up, and sat back. She suddenly felt something warm and wet hit her cheek. She looked down at her seat and saw it was a spitwad (Yuck. This has actually happened to me before... Bleh it's so gross!!! >_<) (Y/N) looked up to see a snickering boy. You glared at him and gave him the finger.

        He growled and snapped at his snickering friends, "Stop laughing, you idiots!! You are so dead, (Y/N)!!!" 

        (Y/N) rolled her eyes, and got off the bus when it came to her stop. (Y/N) went straight to the woods. She wanted to delay getting home as much as possible.

        "Are you okay?" A voice asked.

        (Y/N) looked up and saw a boy her age with raven hair, silver eyes, and dressed in a suit.

        "I-I'm okay." (Y/N) said, meeting the boy's gaze with confidence, regardless of her voice cracking.

        "You don't seem okay," The boy said, "Oh I'm being rude, aren't I? My name is Richard, but you can call me Rick or Ricky. Or Slendy. Either is fine with me." 

        (Y/N) shook Richard's hand, "Alright. I'll call you Slendy. My name is (Y/N). It's a pleasure to meet you."

        Richard smiled, "The pleasure is all mine, (Y/N)."
