Ch. 4

                                                   Third Person POV 

Everyone was in the conference room, 

"So it seems Cami was into far worse than she originally let on," Hotch said as the others listened 

"Where are we on the client list," Hotch said 

"I have been scanning over it, it doesn't seem like a drug list," Reid said as he continued to read the book, 

"What kind of client list is it?" JJ asked 

"By the way it seems it looks like it's a escort list," Reid said 

"Do you think Devin knew?" Rossi said 

"I don't think so or she would have said something when she came in so upset," Will said 

"Where is she now?" Emily asked 

"I left her in Will's office," Derek said 

"I think it would be best to keep Devin here where it's safe just to be on the safe side until we find her mother and the un-sub," Hotch said 

Everyone nodded, 

"That might be a problem," A officer said walking in, 

"Why?" Will said 

"She left about an hour ago," The officer said 

"What?" Derek said 

"Derek Reid I want to go find her, JJ Emily I want you to ask around to see if anyone seen her," Hotch said 

Everyone in the room nodded, 

"She probably just went to school," Will said in his thick accent 

                                   Devin POV 

I waited for the traffic light to signal for me to cross, I grasped the straps of my back pack as I waited 

Finally it signaled for me to walk and I did, I wasn't sure about going to school knowing what was happening, 

How my mother is missing, no one looking for her, 

I sighed as I entered the school, prepared for the torment and comments that are going around, 

It was around 10AM when I got called to the office, 

I was told to collect my things including my backpack, 

As I walked down the hallway I noticed the same blue car that was outside our house a few nights ago, 

The reason I know it was the same is it had a giant scratch down the passenger side door, 

I shook my head and continued walking, 

I walked in the office to see Derek and another man with him, 

"Derek? what are you doing here?" I asked 

"I think you know," He said sternly, 

"Come on kid lets go," He said 

"Go where?" I said 

"Back to the station," The man said 

"I need to stay here and go to school," I said 

"We talked to the principle, you can do online class for now," Derek said 

I hesitated, 

"It's okay Devin I promise this won't be forever," Derek said 

I nodded and followed them out of the school when I did make it out of the school, I noticed the car was gone, 

I lingered a little bit where the car was, 

I guess Derek noticed I stopped following, 

"Devin?" He said 

I looked at him, 

"Everything alright?" He asked, 

"Yeah.." I said hesitantly 

I got in the SUV and buckled up, Derek shut the door and walked to the driver side got in and started driving,
