Devi's POV:
I can't believe I get to be his girlfriend. This day has been UNBELIEVABLY crazy.
After we walked onto the dance floor, with our hands held and people gawking, I thought i would be thinking about how I'm making people jealous or about how cool I am now, yet all I can think about is how this incredible dude I'm with, is finally with me, ya know?
'So, I guess I'm Paxton hall-Yoshida's girlfriend now! I wonder what that's gonna be like!' I exclaim out loud aaaand we kiss. I swear, everytime we kiss I can hear these fireworks going off in my mind. And these fireworks remind me of why him and not someone else, as I'm thinking this, I look over at ben- him and Eleanor are having a conversation, I wonder what it is they're talking about..you know what? It's no longer my job to think about Ben Gross, there's been enough hurt there- to me and to him. Plus, him and aneesa are kinda cute, *barf* I can't even lie actually, I won't ever recover from what I had to see during the history project, but that doesn't mean i can't be happy for them.
I look at Paxton again as 'Fire for you' by the Cannons comes on, for some reason, it just feels like it's Our song, I think Paxton thinks so too; he smiles and looks down before going in for- Fireworks again! "You've the most kiss-able lips ever" he mumbles with his eyes closed before he goes in for another kiss,
"what?" I exclaim giggling,
"who are you cheesy cheeseball and where did you leave my Paxton?"
he looks at me shyly as if snapping out of a trance "What, no I didn't say anything about your li- wait- did you just call me 'my paxton'??" he asks as his eyes widen and lips curl into a shy smile,
Uh oh my turn to be embarrassed I think-
"Well, you are MY Paxton are you not?" I decide to ask with my eyes looking up expectantly,
He gives out a small laugh before saying- "Who else's?"
Aaaand fireworks!
