You finally made it to Hogwarts and it was just as beautiful as you remembered it, it was a ways past noon and about 2 hours until dinner when the train stopped.
You pushed yourself into Pansy's lap when the train stopped so you could look out the window
"We're here! Finally we're here!" You said so cheerily that everyone laughed, except for Draco who was...smiling at you? It wasn't quite a smile or a smirk and it was barley noticeable but you noticed, what has gotten into him lately
"Y/n get off of meeeee" Pansy half laughed half whined as she smacked your arse
"Hey Pans hands off the merchandise ok, my ass may be phat but yours is phatter don't start a war" you said as you raised an eyebrow at her in a "got it but not in a serious way" type eyebrow raise
Pansy laughed "yeah yeah okay your highness"
You pushed yourself off of Pansy's lap and stood up stretching as your cropped sweater rose up exposing your mid drift to the cold
Blaise, Lena, Pansy, Draco, and Theo stood up as well crowding the space as the people from the back compartments were pushing to get past and out of the train
Blaise was in the very front of the group so you nudged him "Blaise move people are crowding"
"Give me a minute"
"Blaise now you're seriously slow as fu-" Bam, you fell into the seat as people pushed passed all of your friends with their things...but this fall seemed a bit more cushioned and at the same time hard? Maybe it was the seat or maybe you hit the-
"GET THE BLOODY HELL OFF OF ME" Draco yelled as you jumped
You immediately tried getting up and instead of helping you everyone started dying "Bloody gits" you whispered
You tried to get up but couldn't find a good surface to grip
"For fucks sake" Draco said as he wrapped his arm around your waist and pulled you further onto him so he could sit up using the wall of the train car
You froze and probably stopped breathing, why? Why did that simple touch make you like this? It couldn't possibly be Malfoy himself...you hate him with his asshole demeanor and piercing yet beautiful grey eyes.....no...NO NO NO uh uh not today y/n pull yourself together
You didn't want to resurface your past but you may have had the tensest tiniest crush on Draco in first year...but it couldn't be that it couldn't you moved on from that after him...that's what it must be, him the last time someone touched you like that was him....
-Y/n's flashback-
It was a cold night in December before vacation and you were in the hufflepuff commons
"Hey baby" you said as you turned your head to look at Cedric
"Yes?" He replied looking down at you in his lap next to the fireplace
"You'll never hurt me...right?"
"No y/n, never why would you even ask that" Cedric asked straightening up a little
"Well you've been sneaking around with Cho a lot lately and you know she hates me- I just don't know what's going on..."
Cedric wrapped his arms around your waist and pulled you up to his chest as he leaned back and a chair that sat next to the fire "Y/n I would never hurt you...I'm your protector, nothing is going on"
You looked away and then back at Cedric "Promise? "
"I promise" Cedric said as he lightly kissed you
