After school I go to Addisons apartments. I take a breath before walking into my apartment.
I open the door to see mom in the kitchen, Father nowhere to be seen. "Mom, where's dad?" I say, shutting the door.
"He's gone on a business trip, he'll be gone for a bit. Why?" She asks. "I was just wondering, dad is usually home when I get home." I reply. "I'll be heading to my room, bye!" I say, running to my room. I close the door as I walk in, I get on my phone, putting on some music.
I grab my diary and start writing.

I'm starting to wonder if Larry actually told Sal about the note thing, and that I like him and such.
I hope he didn't, I hope he kept his promise... Even if I did end up with Sal, Dad would kill me. But hey, can't help feelings, they can be a bitch.
Atleast mother is nice, she doesn't deserve father, he is the MOST hateful person in the world, atleast. And the most homophobic. Jesus I'd rather them just divorce so me and mother can live on our own, or mom find a better man..
"TRAVIS!! CAN YOU COME HELP ME WITH SOMETHING?" Mom yells. "Be right there!" I tell back
I sign off my name in my diary, and walk to the kitchen.
"Hey Hun! Can you help me with the dishes?" She asks "Sure!" I grab a towel. I dry the dishes and put them away as she washes them.

"Thank you for the help! I really appreciate it Trav." Mother says. "Its no problem! Happy to help" I say, smiling.
"So who is this Sal person you've been talking about?" She asks. "Oh! A crush..? I guess..-" I say.
"Ooooh! Boy or Girl? Or Enby, whatever!" Mom asks
"Would you kill me if I said boy?" I ask. "Oh you know I don't care about that. So is it a boy?" She asks, again.
I nod. "Good for you! Glad you found someone." She says, hugging me. "Thanks mom, I wish dad was like you, accepting.. and y'know." I say
"Same here. To be honest I'd rather date someone else, even if it was a girl or boy. You're "father" is nothing to me at this point." She admits.
"He isn't a father to me, he's just a piece of garbage." I laugh, as she laughs along.
"I'ma head back to my room, love you mom!" I say. "Love you too Hun." I walk to my room, checking my phone.
"A message from an un-known number.." I check it.

"Okay!" I lock the door as I run out. I go the the elevator and push the button, it opens and I see Larry. "AYYYYY" Larry says.
"Eyooo" I reply clicking the floor button. I look at the mirror, I kinda fix my hair. "Da fuck you fixing you're hair for?" Larry asks, laughing.
