Chapter seven [end]

3rd person/Authors/Adel's POV

Roughly the same pattern went on for about two weeks, with only subtle differences such as Spifey coming instead of Zak, or Mega not being able to stay in the hospital room for as long as usual.
Until a certain something happened..

Mega POV

Today hasn't been that different from any of my other days so far, just going to the hospital and wasting time on useless shit after I leave.
Until I got a call from Zak at around 3pm.
"Mega! Thank god you picked up quickly. You needa come to the hospital right the fuck now." He immediately screamed at me.
"What- why?!" I had to keep my phone away from my ear as to not become deaf.
"You'll see" He quickly hung up on me and I started getting dressed.
'What could it possibly be that he was so loud about?' I thought as I yanked my phone from the couch I was sitting on and left for the hospital.
I walked in as flashbacks came to my head from that day.
"Mega!" Zak ran at me the second he saw me.
"What happened..?" I continued to be oddly calm.
"Zelk woke up!" Tears started rolling down my face again.
"W-what..-"
"C'mon!" He started dragging me to the room.
"Alright, who will come in first?" The nurse asked, and of course, since Zak had explained to me what had happened, I attempted to say that I'll go first.
But right as I opened my mouth I got shoved back by Spifey.
'What the fuck?!' I mouthed to him as he deadass looked at me, then proceeded to go inside.
I sighed as I surprisingly patiently waited for him to finish.
About fifteen minutes later he came outside with a big grin, until he saw me speeding into the room.
"Z-Zelk!" He opened his arms as I ran towards him, careful to not touch anything that could harm him.
I kneeled down in front of him as he started talking to me.
"You see, I kinda got interrupted last time I tried to tell you this but.. I love you Me-" "Same" I cut him off and kissed him.
He took out a crumbled, bloodspilled paper from the drawer next to him."This one's for you" He smiled. It was the note he kept with the names of his friends and mine and our favourite flowers.
