Okay, in my AU, when Dream was alive he told so many lies and deceived so many people that, when he died, his mouth was shut closed. He can't even used his vocal chords.
Furthermore, he feels the pain of everyone but himself. Meaning, every second of every day, he feels the pain of other people, past and present.
