You are Loki's twin, you were also adopted by Odin.
You cast spells and do magic just like Loki but you also have ice powers (because you are a frost giant)
Powers include:
Ice magic
And
Sorcery
There are two stories you could use,
Instead of helping Loki take over Earth you joined the Avengers and fought against your twin,
Or
You helped Loki during the battle of New York and follow the same story line that he does (minus the multiple deaths)
