"Wake up"

I woke up hearing hyung calling me. Hyung was smiling with me.

"Wake up. We can go home after one more scan"

"Really?"

I didn't expect that I would be able to go home this soon. I was really happy. I sat straight and hugged hyung. Then I saw Taehyung still asleep with his blanket covering him head to toe, but half of his face was out. Seeing him made my happiness fade. I felt sorry for leeaving him here, alone.

"Hyung, shall we stay until Taehyung wake up? I wanna bid him goodbye"

I gave hyung a peck and lied down on my bed when hyung nodded. He packed my things one by one. Then Taehyung's parents came with the doctor.

I guess they are discharging him too.

"Hyung"

"Mm?"

"Are they discharging Taehyung?"

As soon as I finished my sentence, I got to hear and see the worst thing I can in this situation.

Doctor tried to wake him up by removing his blanket but he didn't wake up. Doctor checked his pulse and looked at him parents with a shocked look.

"He is gone"

I thought I heard it differently. I asked hyung what he said because I thought that I have heard something else as my English isn't good.

"Hyung what did he say?"

"Co-Cocoo"

"Hyung tell me. What did the doctor say?"

"He didn't tell that Taehyung is gone, right?"

"What I heard is wrong, right?"

I realized that I wasn't wrong when I saw Taehyung's mom trying hugging his dad. But I couldn't believe it. I didn't want to believe that Taehyung hyung is gone. I tried to get down from my bed, but hyung kept hugging me tightly. Hyung holded me tightly so that I couldn't even move.

"Hyung he can't leave like this"

"He can't die"

"He was stage two hyung. How can he die like this?"

"I was supposed to die before he does hyung"

"He can't die hyung"

"He can't leave"

"He can't leave me alone here"

"We planned to go for a dinner date hyung"

"How can he leave like this?"

"He had to graduate"

"He had to marry"

"I can't let him go like this hyung"

"I can't"

"Please hyung ask him to stay"

"We were going to stay till winter"

"He said that he'll come to visit me"

"Then how could he leave me?"

"I haven't even held him by his hand, hyung"

"Please hyung he can't leave"

"Tell them to stop him"

"Ask them to give him electric shock"

"How can he leave?"

"He said that he'll face-time me"

"Then how can he leave today itself?"

"He was fine even last night. We chatted till late night"

"He was fine hyung"

"I swear to God hyung, he was totally fine"

"How can he leave like this?"

"I can't let him go, hyung"

"I can't let him go"

"We have things to do together"

"He liked to build snowmen"

"We have to do it together"

"He can't leave"

"I want to hold him by his hand, hyung. I want to chat with him more"

"We have a lot more things to talk about"

"How can he leave?"

I saw them taking away Taehyung hyung and his bed whe hyung was holding me.

"Hyung where are they taking him?"

"Ask them to stop"

"I want to speak with him"

"Hyung let me go"

"Let me go"

Hyung didn't listen to me and held me tightly.

"Hyung please"

"Let me go"

"I want to him"

"Hyung let me go"

Hyung didn't let me go no matter how I bit his shoulder. I know that no one can save him now, but I tried. Still hyung didn't let me.

Hyug was next to me, staring at me when I woke up.

"Hyung I saw a nightmare. I saw Taehyung dying. He left us.

I hugged hyung and looked at Taehyung's bed. It wasn't there.

"Hyung where has he gone?"

"He left us, Cocoo. It wasn't a dream. He really left us"

"Noooo"

"Noooo"

"Noooo"

"Why did he go hyung, why did he has to go this soon? He was in stage 2 hyung"

"He was in stage 4 Cocoo. They didn't tell him the truth"

"But hyung why..."

I cried. I cried for hours. I cried hugging my hyung. I cried listening to everything he said.

"I want to see him, hyung"

"They took him Cocoo. You were sleeping for seven hours now. They don't let us keep him in this situation, Cocoo. He left. They took him"

I stopped crying and talked with hyung. Still tears streamed down my face.

"I didn't talk with him properly, hyung. I didn't even answer him properly on the first day. But he was very good. He had more dreams than I had. Why did he go? Why did a good person like him go? If only I knew... If only I knew that he would be gone by now, I could have stayed with him whole night. I want to tell him how sweet he was, how adorable he was. I couldn't tell it earlier, hyung. I couldn't tell any of those earlier"

I couldn't bring Taehyung back no matter how hard I cried. I didn't have a single thread of him. I had nothing to remember him except our memories.

I came back home with hyung after my last scan. I slept so long as soon as we reached home, maybe because I cried a lot.
