The story begins within a large cave where we see a young witch with dark skin with emerald green hair, dressed in white robes a witch's hat, and holding a matching magical staff in her hands as she stared at a menacing creature

The creature the young which stared at, was in fact, an incredibly large snake with purple scales which eyed the young witch hungrily as it spoke
Snake: "Foolish child! I could swallow you whole!"
Witch: "Do not underestimate me Gildersnake, for I am the good witch Azura, warrior of peace!...Now Eat this sucker!"
Azura then dropped to one knee as she aimed her staff over her shoulder like a rocket launcher and charged a fireball spell which struck the Gildersnake in the mouth, dealing a lethal blow as it began to thrash about in it's final moments and scream
Gildersnake: "No! My only weakness, dying!"
As the Gildersnake dropped to the ground, the scene then changed to that of a close up of a young girls hands as she held onto a live snake and a doll of Azure, revealing that everything we just saw, was nothing but an imaginative story
???: "And that's the end!"
As the girl's arms dropped, so too did the camera to reveal a fourteen-year-old Dominican-American girl with tan skin, purplish-brown/brownish-purple short hair that is styled in a pixie cut, and hazel eyes.
Her clothing consists of a pair of ebony earrings, a short-sleeved half-white and half-indigo hoodie with cat ears attached to the hood, high-waisted jean shorts, dark grey capris leggings, and a pair of white loafers
This woman is known as Luz Noceda, one of our main protagonists for this story

The camera then changed to show that she was currently sitting in the principal's office with her mother and the principal, who's name was Hal, across from her as her mother looked confused while Hal had a neutral expression
