From Good To Bad

Ralph first blew the conch with Piggy at his side,

Then was elected chief with a sense of great pride.

Leading seems like something he was just born to do,

Working for the better of not just him but the group.

Ralph posed the idea of a smoking signal fire,

Returning home is by far his deepest desire.

Samneric were put to tend it,

But will they remain civilized or become barbaric?

The struggle between civilization and savagery,

All began because of this unfortunate plane crash tragedy.

Ralph, every boy, and every man for himself,

But wanting desperately to cry for help!

Malicious, vicious, and evil,

These traits lie within all people.

And now that Ralph hath committed a mortal sin,

He is no longer the boy he had been.
