If what you see by the eye doesn't please you then close your eyes and see from the heart, because the heart can see beauty and love more than eyes can wonder.
Means: Just because someone is ugly or annoying doesn't mean that they are a bad person. Deep down inside they can be a nice sweet person.
It doesn't matter what the person looks like, it matters inside of them (personality not organs)
