"What should we do?" Ashlyn asks Gina "I'm kinda bored"
"Ej's coming today, so I'm gonna go out with him! He's never been here before" Gina replies
"Oh yea I forgot Ej was coming" Ashlyn chuckled
"I should probably get going actually, I'm meeting him in 15 minutes" Gina says
"Bye! I'll see you later!" Ashlyn smiles, seeing her best friend happy
Gina laughed lightly before walking out the door. Ashlyn went on her phone and just started looking through Twitter when she was something that broke her heart.

"Did he find someone else?" Ashlyn asks to herself as she felt tears building up in her eyes
She heard a knock on the door but didn't want to get it. She heard it again and went to answer it, once she opened the door she was Garrett there.
"Hey Garrett" Ashlyn said sadly
"What's wrong ash?" He asks as he walked into her apartment
They both sat on the couch and Garrett grabbed her hands.
"What's up? You can tell me anything, you know that right?" Garrett asks her
"Yea I know Garrett, thanks" Ashlyn smiled
"So what's wrong?" Garrett asks Ashlyn
"It's just my ex. There's rumors going around that he may be dating his co-star" Ashlyn admits to Garrett, as she leaned against him, just needing someone there
He put his arm around her just hugging her as Ashlyn let a few tears out.
"It's ok ash" Garrett whispers
She looked up at him, and it looked like Garrett was leaning in. Without hesitation, she did the same. Their lips met and normally they felt nothing, when they kissed for paparazzi photos. But this felt different. They felt something. Once they pulled away Ashlyn looked at Garrett.
"We really shouldn't have done that" Ashlyn says
"Yea I know, I'm sorry" Garrett apologizes
"I kissed back you don't have to apologize. We both made the mistake. We just need to promise to not do it again" Ashlyn replies
"Yea" Garrett says
"We can't be forming real feelings" Ashlyn says
"What if I already have?" Garrett asks
"Garrett...I thought you said you didn't" Ashlyn says
"I didn't, but I do now" he admits
"Garrett...I don't know what to say" Ashlyn replies
"Don't say anything" he says sadly "I can't get rejected. I'll see you tomorrow"
As he leaves her apartment, Ashlyn doesn't know what to do. She doesn't know what she feels at this point.
