How do you see in blue?
When all you've ever known is monochrome.
How you you touch the rainbow?
If the rain never stopped.
How do you smile?
When all your teeth have fallen.
Due to the sweets that fill the void.
Like the tears that filled the bucket
Of the shiny toilet bowl.
My incoherent screams for help.
That go unrecognized.
Mistaken for laziness
Or hate
Or being ungrateful
All I need
And all I crave
Is to love myself.
And be loved in return.
