The measured 0-100km/h acceleration time of the four-door version of Sahara is 8.4 seconds, and the two-door version of Rubicon is faster and can run in 7.74 seconds. This is due to the difference in the transmission system: Sahara rear axle differential has a final reduction ratio of 3.73:1, while Rubicon's "Dana 44" rear axle has a final reduction ratio of 4.11:1. The torque is further amplified, which is conducive to acceleration and off-roading. Of course, there are disadvantages. The Rubicon engine speed will be slightly higher than that of Sahra at the same speed.
