words seem like nothing much, just a collection letters, yet the way u put them together matters so much. like stroking a bird's soft feathers, and a mother's touch, words can calm you down as you feel yourself wither.
the words u speak carry meaning, maybe not to you but to someone else, you can say you didn't mean it, but it still makes them feel, remind them of what they could've been.
you say they're just words, then why do they pierce your heart like an arrow tearing through your skin? so go on and tell them how it was just a joke but it won't change how my heart of glass broke from your words of stone.
