Let me dance, to my heart's content
As each rain drop bashes my only skin
Let me fall, and laugh again
As hail gathers on the low lying skyline
Let me stretch my wings just once
As clouds rumble and prepare to burst
Let me go and rise again
As fire pours down in useless retribution.
Let me point a finger at you just once
As it all pounds me into
A being I
Never was.
