Ray's POVNormally I would be at the Henry's house by now, but it was a Saturday and neither of Henry's parents worked on Saturday so they were all home. I couldn't help but worry that no one was taking care of Henry. I knew that Charlotte and Jasper were just as worried as me. "I just got a text from Henry's mom! She asked me to come over and take care of Henry while they all go out for the afternoon. But no one else is allowed to come." Jasper said. "Then just take good care of him Jasper." I said with a hint of worry in my voice. Jasper nodded and headed for the elevator. "Don't do anything stupid!" Charlotte yelled. I'm not going to lie, I am a bit concerned that Jasper is the one over there taking care of Henry. Henry is not in a state where his sickness can just be played around with. My thoughts were interrupted when the crime light started flashing and Charlotte quickly running to see what it was. "The Bilsky Bandits were just spotted robbing Swellview bank." I nodded and got out my gum. I transformed into Captain Man and ran for the tubes. "Good luck!" Charlotte shouted. Soon I was lifted up the tubes.

I arrived at the scene and found the Bilsky Bandits loading their bags of cash into their van. It took one surprise punch to take down at least one of them. Before I knew it, they were all making a mad dash for it. I pulled out my laser and was able to easily shoot one of them unconscious. It didn't take long before I had them all rounded up and taken to prison. I sent Charlotte a quick text to let her know that all of them are now on their way to prison. She quickly texted back a thumbs up emoji after I said I'm heading back to the man cave now. I put my phone back in my pocket right after and headed for the man van. Soon, I got another text saying that Jasper was now back at the man cave. While I was texting her back, I could've sworn I heard footsteps behind me, but every time I looked back there was no one there. When I finally made it back to the man van, I was about to open the door and climb in, when bucket was thrown over my head. I immediately went to try and take it off, but it was being forced down by whoever did this in the first place. I fought him for awhile but in the end, it lead to me in a van going to who knows where. My hands were handcuffed together as were my feet as well. The bucket was still over my head so I couldn't see anything. All I knew was I was in a vehicle being taken hostage by a stranger. The worst part about all of this? I have no idea where I'm going or what's going to happen to me, so I have no idea if or when I'll get back home so I can make sure that Henry's okay. After awhile the van came to a stop, and I forced out by whoever it is that's taken me. I could feel myself being tied down to a chair, and before long, the bucket was finally lifted off of my head. I saw a tall slightly muscular guy dressed in all black with a ski mask over his face. He was covered from the neck down in tattoos and I could tell he has been in the criminal game for years just by the way he acted. "I demand you to let me go at once!" I ordered. He scoffed. "Yeah right. You know how much money any criminal in Swellview would pay to have the possession of Captain Man?" "No." "Well it's a lot! And I'm not going to just pass that up." With that, he walked away leaving me tied to chair by myself. I almost activated the emergency beep that signaled to Henry that I truly needed his help, but I forgot that he can't and shouldn't come. What do I do? I can't just let this maniac sell me to some criminal! But I also can't pull Henry out of bed when he's as weak as he is. I had no choice. I'll send out the emergency beep and hope that he's smart enough to contact the police instead of trying to go himself. I pressed the button which means it's sent out an emergency distress signal and my location. I told him that this beeper is to only be used emergencies mainly for things like this. I hope Henry doesn't do something stupid.
Henry's POV
I had finally fallen deep asleep when I was awoken by a weird beeping sound. At first I didn't recognize it, but I quickly shot up when I realized that that was the emergency distress signal. Ray was in trouble. I looked at the location, and quickly got out of bed but didn't even complete one step before doubling over with nausea and a sudden dizzy spell. I quickly realized that it was going to be difficult to get to Ray. I sat there for a bit waiting for the nausea to surpass before blowing a bubble and transforming to Kid Danger. When I saw everything was in the clear, I jumped out of my window only to cause more pain to stomach. Tears were brought to my eyes because of how sick I was feeling. My stomach was doing flip flops and my head was swimming. My legs were weak and it felt like I was about to pass out any second. "No Henry." I told myself. Ray needs me. You have no time to be selfish. I got into my car and drove off knowing that it wasn't very safe for me to be driving as sick as I felt, but I had no choice. Ray is in trouble. It was very difficult on the journey of getting to Ray as there were moments that I was about to pass out. A lot of people honked their horns at me. When I finally made it to the place Ray was at, I quietly walked in. I stupidly chose to ignore my stomach's protest as I crouched down low to the ground. I gulped as a sudden wave of dizziness came over me making me sway back and forth. I looked around and realized that I had never been here before. All I know is that I'm in the same building as Ray, and I need to find him. I took in a slow but deep breath, and shakily stood back up and walked. It was difficult for me to see anything because it was pitch black dark in here. It looks to me like this place has been abandoned for years. The smell was pretty bad too. There wasn't even a way to describe the bad smell. It just smelled bloody awful. That's pretty bad when even someone who has a blocked nose, can smell a bad stench. I shook off my thoughts and resumed my focus to saving Ray. The only problem was, I didn't know where to start looking. All I know is that I'm in the right building. I slowly walked towards the first room, ignoring my stomach's protests. When I saw that Ray wasn't in there, I moved on to the next room. When he wasn't in there, I moved on the next. Room after room, until I found myself in the final room of the building. I opened the door, and at first didn't see anything, but as I walked further in, I saw Ray tied down to a chair. I walked, or more like wobbled into the room due to my jelly like legs. Ray had no idea I was even there, as he was stuck facing the wall. When I saw that coast was clear I went on in. I stumbled across the room because of a sudden dizzy spell. I nearly tripped over my own two feet, but was able to catch myself with the wall thankfully. I sucked in a large breath. My head was killing me and I was more nauseous than before. I felt like I was about to pass out any second now. I wobbled over to where Ray was, and slowly with shaking hands, reached out and tapped him on the shoulder. He flinched and turned his head to look at me, only to have a look of terror and concern on his face. "Kid?! What are you doing here?!" He whisper/yelled. "You sent out the SOS triple beep." I replied with a wavering voice whilst using my laser and freeing him. Then Ray stood up and faced me. "Yeah, I was hoping that you would call the cops, not get out of bed." He replied with fear and concern laced in his voice. "Sorry, didn't think of...o-f ..." I suddenly forgot what I was saying I started swaying back in forth with a hand my head, and the other holding myself against the wall for support. "Kid?" Ray said worriedly. Black stars danced in my vision. I swallowed nervously and soon, I collapsed on the floor and slipping in unconsciousness. The last thing I heard before passing out was Ray frantically screaming, "Kid!". Then it was all black.
Ray's POV
I was in full shock mode. Henry just fainted right in front of me. I sat down and lifted him up to where his front half was on my lap. I ripped off my glove and started tapping his cheek to wake him up. As soon as I touched him I realized that he was truly burning up. I knew with him out of bed and active, that he really just made things worse for himself. When Henry wasn't waking up I was almost in full panic mode. I frantically picked him up bridal style, and carried him back to the man van so I could get him to the man cave.
***************************************************************************************
When I got back to the man cave, I set a still unconscious Henry on the med bed that I had Charlotte set out. I gently placed Henry on it, and he still didn't wake up. It was one of very few times that I wished that Schwoz was here because I had no idea what to do. Schwoz is the one that knows what to do in these situations not me! I don't even know what half of these machines do let alone know how to work any of them! Suddenly Charlotte ran out from behind the secret door and gasped when she saw Henry. "What happened?" She screamed. "Henry fainted. Instead of calling the police like I hoped he would, he chanced it and got out of bed to come save me." I replied sadly. "Did you check to see if he was still breathing?" She asked as if I was stupid. "No, I didn't think of that- Of course I did!" I yelled. I saw the look of hurt on her face and realized I shouldn't have yelled. I know that she's just as stressed as me right now. "Charlotte I'm sorry. I shouldn't have yelled." I apologized. "It's okay." She replied. We both looked over at Henry who was still unconscious. "Do you think you have any idea on what to do?" I asked. "I might actually. I've watched Schwoz enough over the years to where I think I might be able to help him." She walked over to Henry and the first thing she did was feel his forehead. I frown appeared on her face and she quickly got a thermometer from the drawer. She swiped it across Henry's forehead and soon the thermometer beep. "105.2." She said with worry in her voice. She got several wet towels and placed them all over Henry. The next thing she did, was get out an IV from Schwoz's drawer. "How do you know if he needs an IV?" I asked. "He wouldn't have passed out if he weren't dehydrated which means that he is, so he needs an IV to get some fluids in him." She replied whilst hooking Henry up to the IV. Dang, I knew she was smart, but not this smart. Even I wouldn't have known to put an IV in him. Then again, I'm not very smart. It's probably a good thing that I let Charlotte keep her memories when she found out that Henry was Kid Danger. Otherwise, this situation might be different. As in me just frantically pacing around the room wishing I had paid attention to my dad when he homeschooled me. I watched as she turned the machine on, and soon the IV was pumping fluids into him. "Alright, there's nothing more I can do for him. The only thing left that we can do is sit down and hope that he wakes up soon. I sighed in worry. "Charlotte?" "Yeah Ray?" "How long until Henry wakes up?" I asked nervously. She sucked in a big breath. "Well, there's only so much a few wet towels and an IV can do. I've learned that if someone that's in a situation like Henry's doesn't wake up in the next twenty-four hours, it means... it means that they're in a coma." She replied holding back a few tears. I looked over at Henry who was still asleep. I hope he's not in a coma. "Is there anything we can do to prevent that from happening?" I asked with a little bit of hope in my voice that maybe there was. "I'm afraid not." She replied. I'll never admit it out loud, but a few tears were at the brim of my eyes. I can't even bear the thought of losing Henry. Please wake up Henry. Please.
