It's a Thursday and all classes were canceled today and tomorrow so adora and catra mostly just hung out on the couch and watched LOK (legends of korra) adora was sitting up and catra was laying on her lap
" ok but how did they make korra hot-?" Adora asked
" IKR! LIKE HOW DO U MAKE A CARTOON HOT?" Catra yelled
" MY THOUGHTS EXACTLY!" Adora said
(Time skip)
Catra was in her room chilling on her bed when she heard a knock on her door
" come in!" Catra said as the door opened adora walked in
"Hey catra?"
"What's up adora?"
"I want to talk to u.."
"About?" Catra asked At this point adora was super nervous 'what if she says no? What if she doesn't want to try again? What if she hates me and never wants to see me again after I tell her!' Adora thought to her self
"Adora what's wrong? R u ok?"
"Yes and no..."
"Ok well tell me what's wrong" catra said concerned
"Well I wanted to talk about.... well us.." Adora said nervously
"Okay what about us?" Catra asked 'y'know what screw it im gonna tell her right here right now straight up' adora thought
"I don't know if I can keep doing this catra.."
"Doing what? U don't wanna be friends anymore?"
"No catra! No I don't wanna be friends anymor-."
"Wow... ok.." catra said looking sad
" oh no u didn't let me finish!" Adora said
Adora thought of what her mother Mara told her when adora came out to her she said " u deserve love to" as adora remembered that she got her confidence back
" what I meant to say is! I can't keep doing this anymore catra... I don't wanna be ur friend! I don't wanna just be ur friend I wanna be with you I wanna hold u when ur sad I wanna give u the love that u deserves because catra u deserves so much..... I can't keep acting like I don't feel anything towards u and I can't keep acting like I don't love u... because I do love u catra I love u so much and u probably don't feel the same way but I ju-." Adora was cut off by catras lips on hers adora was shocked at first but then melted into the kiss when they pulled away from the kiss catra said
"I love u to adora"
" oh thank goodness I thought I was gonna have to move out!" Adora said with a sigh
" but u know what my mom will do if she finds out!"
"Then we won't tell her! Besides it's not like we are on the news as etherias hot new couple" Adora said while laughing
"Yeah ur right who cares what anyone else thinks as long as we're happy it doesn't matter" catra said Tearing up a bit
"Yeah and it's like my mom said 'u deserve love to'" Adora said as she smiled then kissed catra again
"I could get used to that again!" Catra smirking
"Oh ha ha" Adora said playfully rolling her eyes
"Should we tell the group?"
"Yeah but we can tell them tomorrow I'm tired"
"Yeah me to goodnight princess"
"Night babe"
" OOO BABE?" Catra said
"What it has a nice ring to it... babe" Adora said while laughing

" love u to princess" catra said as they both got into the bed cuddled and fell asleep
