Okay fine. I will explain but not here. Check my message board for a maybe to personal explanation to my absence. I just be dumping my life on yall. So so sorry.
So here's the thing. I hate the way I write CYFL. Absolutely despise it. Which along with the horrible chapter 9 which I wish died in a ditch made literally avoid this book like it was the PLAGUE. So yeah.
So here's my question. SHOULD I REWRITE CAN YOU FORCE LOVE?
Here are the pros and cons of starting new.
Pros:
•Better writing
•Better storyline
•Consistent updates
•Longer chapters
•Book will have more chapters
Cons:
□Start from the ground up
□Major changes to storyline AND characters
□Will virtually be nothing like it is now
□Will feature a more heavy and painful love story between Valentine and Bunny
□Drawn out a bit to better develop a plot point
The way I want to write CYFL is more of a well written drama. Not how it is now. Ik for alot of readers you dont want to read books that make you said or your chest hurt cuz why the fuck would the author do this to us? I get it ik. But this how I envisioned CYFL to be. And unfortunately it's not panning out how I want.
For those of you who want more upbeat books. Might I suggest my book Highschool which will be getting a new update schedule along with this book.
If you guys dont want a revamped CYFL I can always start a new book. Give me suggestions. I would like to have two books going at the same time because that's just how my brain works. It helps me do things better.
Along with CYFL (or new book if that's what yall want) and Highschool I will be starting a one shot book. I will be calling it Zeila's Oneshots. As the title suggests its gonna be filled with little stories of characters and citrus for you guys.
It will also hold sneak peaks into future projects like Heartache. The reason for this one shot book is that sometimes I want to start anew. Just write something different other than the projects I'm working on.
Having this book will provide an option for you guys to still enjoy reading my books even when I'm experiencing writer's block or responsibility avoiding. I just want to make sure you guys have something. And that I'm keeping up with shit cuz I love writing on here.
I'm still figuring out what works for me. So thank you for being patient or whatever. I love yall I guess🤨😒❤
New Update Schedule:
For CYFL or a new book of y'alls choosing. This will be the new update schedule.
Once a week on Mondays. At around 3-6 pm California times. I think its Pacific Eastern or something like that. The time zone with Pacific in it. I'm 40% sure that I'm correct about that.
Its once a week because 1. Chapters will be WAY longer. Maybe even sectioned into parts for easier reading. Also it gives me time to flesh out the storyline better, offer better writing, and better cohesion.
This will ESPECIALLY be true if yall choose to want the revamp for CYFL.
