Chapter Sixteen

"Are you done with the luggage?"

It was Jin Hyung's voice that caught our attention as me, Taehyung Hyung and Jimin Hyung were busy loading the luggage onto the SUV.

He was right at the time though cause we just pushed the last bag into the trunk.

"Yes, it's all done, Hyung."

Jimin hyung was the one who responded while I was busy, closing the trunk.

"Good! Agnes will be here any minute. Here, take your tickets, identity cards and passports. It is a long and complicated journey, so, make sure you don't lose any of these. Since, we are faking identities, you and Agnes need to be extra careful!"

Said Jin hyung while passing me our fake identity cards and passports along with tickets for two different flights.

I gulped, staring at them anxiously before reluctantly extending my hand to take them.

Although, Jin hyung assured us that he had taken care of everything regarding airport check in and security checks, so, we wouldn't have any issue while boarding but I was still nervous.

What if we got caught faking identities? What if we fail to reach our destiny? What if I failed to protect her? What if lycans succeed in tracing us? And even if we reach Quebec safely, What if my wolf appear out of no where and harm her?

These insecurities had been clouding my mind ever since we were done with the wedding ceremony.

Soon after it was done, everyone got busy in packing stuff for me and Agnes. SUV arrived an hour ago and I didn't get a time to blink ever since.

"Hyung, I...I am scared!!"

I murmured with puppy eyes and pouty lips while clinging onto Jin Hyung's arm.

"I know, little Alpha! I know, everything that has been happening is too much for you to take in. If I were in your place, I would be scared too..."

He paused as he ruffled my hair fondly. It was habit of him whenever he tries to comfort me.

"But here is the thing, After tonight, Jungkook will be a grown up man, holding a big responsibility over his shoulders, which only he can take among us. He is married and now he has someone that he should protect with his life. And only he has the ability to do so. If you think about it this way, believe me, there is nothing in the world that can scare you.

Because when you are around us, you are our little brother, who likes to be loved and taken care of but without us, you are Jeon Jungkook, who has someone to love and care now. You are someone on whom she can depend, she can look up to and she can come to. You are someone's home now."

He finished with a smile while giving me a nod of assurance.

"You will be fine!"

Taehyung hyung joined him as his voice came from behind causing me to turn around and recieve a smile from him as well.

"We believe in you. I am sure you will surpass all of us in your power and abilities and will protect what's yours with all your might..."

Jimin hyung concluded with words that ended up me letting out a sigh of relief.

Even though, they teased me all the time, but I had best brothers in the world.

"Everything's ready?"

Mother Alpha was the one, who interrupted the brotherly conversation, gaining our attention, causing four of us to turn in her direction.

And it was when I froze.
