You grinned at the French man.

"HAH! Y/N WHOOPED YOUR ASS!" Joseph yelled from the side lines as you stood over the now crispy opponent. "Your like the father i never had at a basketball game in elementary!" You joked. "Thats too specific..." Jotaro gave you a odd look. You rolled your eyes. "Whatever, i don't need a father. Won't ever have to say the word daddy ever-" "thats a lie belle." You froze at polnareff who gave you a cheesy grin. Your face flushed red.

"Oh hush pol, we all know about your sibling complex." You herd the rest of the group hiss and laugh. He looked away embarrassed as well.
"Damn, thats cold y/n."

Now, how the hell did you end up with this group of all tall yet bulky, somewhat? Bulky men?
Oh well, you actually had an encounter with polnareff specifically.

You grinned as you strutted your way towards the door that exited the bar. It was a wild night and you had enough of drinking and gross men. So here we are.
You watched down the street, a man, maybe over 6' something, white hair and very pale skin stood bloody.
You panicked.

"Hey! Are you okay mate?" You asked a bit quietly. He turned to you, a bit shocked.
"I'm fine just go-" you both flenched back seeing a knife go between you both.
"Ah shit..." You grabbed the albinos arm, "follow me!" "Huh? No! I can fight him!" You stood in the alley, stopping your run.
"I mean, not a normal person throws knives like that, the velocity of that throw was abnormal. I say." You leaned closer to him. He froze. But nodded. He then explained his situation. He had been stalked by this man named Dio. Youve herd of him, remembering turning down the proposal to join his side. It took a lot to get out of their grasps but you did.

"Polnareff. I found you." you both looked down the alley, seeing the tall man with a shadowed face. "Ah y/n is here as well. Grand." You cringed.
His aura was terrifying. Just like last time.

You used your stand to duplicate yourselves, they were a little see through but its hard to tell at this time of night. You felt a pair of hands grab your waist, it was his stand.

"I got it from here mademoiselle, run." He gave you a soft smile, "what?!" You glared a little, those fakes took a lot man...
He gave you a wink. "Don't worry! You'll see me soon~." "Thats cheesy." you handed him a small ring. "To recognize you, that hair of yours is popular." You both nodded. You felt his stand soar to his limit before dropping you off. You smiled at the stand who you mentally called the knight in shining armor.

That was the first encounter.
After that, you eventually had seen him in battle with the joestars. Which you became concerned. Making a double of him, the group became confused until the boy with red hair noticed the flaw.

"Haha caught me there." you said from atop of one of the tall rocks. The group stared at you confused. "Another one of Dios henchmen!" The old man yelled. "Oh god no!" You stated loudly.

"That piece of shit is unworthy of my abilities. let my friend here go, will you?" You asked with a stern tone, the tall man in black pulled out a bug from his head.

After a minute of explaining your story as well as polnareff doing the same. You both joined the crusaders.
You and polnareff sharing a lot in common, almost always stuck together like besties. But both of you had felt a way, polnareff easily showing it more than you.

You watched as the final battle went down. Jotaro taking charge, but he needed dio distracted for even a moment.
"Polnareff-" you watched as he stood atop of the building railing. He grinned. "I'll be fine y/n." He winked. You jumped up with him. "I'm going too! Im tired of being not used." You stated in a determined tone, his purple eyes sparkled into your e/c ones.
He looked around before seeing the street sign in your hand. "Here... Hit it from behind." You grinned, he smirked. "If i dont die then I'm keeping your words to you." You blushed. "I'll be right behind you " you both nodded.

He jumped ahead of you, dio easily distracted now. You cringed as polnareff was easily thrown down into a wall. Your heart ached. You watched as Jotaro began to move, but you had already jumped. It was ideal.
You held a simple thick chain. He didnt notice you as you made a double. Your stand made double of anything but it may feel real and whatnot but its see through just a little.

Dio grinned as he threw a knife at your double but it just stabbed as the double kept walking. He turned around fast, you inches from him surprised him.
Wrapping the chain around him was a success but you then suddenly felt sharp pains everywhere.

'what-!' He grinned as you laid against the sidewalk. But jotaro was finally able to not play dead anymore.
You watched as the two continued. Then... It hit you, time... His ability was time stop.
You got up barly. Your arm was definitely broken, as well as a fractured foot.
You went to the pile polnareff was buried in.

"Pol! Pol!" You tried your hardest to lift the blocks, your double of yourself too.
Finally seeing a part of his shoulder your face lit up.
You pulled him up harshly. "Fuck.. Polnareff!" You pulled him out fully. Flipping him onto your back, carful of your arm.
After a while he finally woke up in the ambulance.

"Mr. Joestar!" He sat up immediately. Jotaro and joepsh gave him a weird look, "good your awake." "Where's y/n?" The two pointed to you talking to a paramedic who's casting your arm and foot.

"Yeah she may have to get a new arm..." Jotaro stated a bit concerned. "I could match her!" Joepsh grinned like a kid.
Polnareff jumped from the ambulance, "hey carful-" "leave him be-" joepsh cut off his grandson.

"Y/n!" You turned around to see polnareff running to you with a worried look. You smiled at him. "Hey pol.-" he immediately hugged you, "thank god your okay! I knew you were behind me, but i didnt think about what would happen to you if i-" you cut him off by locking your lips with his, making him shocked. You backed away before he could kiss back. "But I'm fine arnt i? Possibly a new arm and won't walk for a bit... But, I'm grateful for my life and yours..." You began to tear up a little. "When i got knocked down by dio, i knew i couldn't do much, so i helped you out of that rubble and walked to safety." You began crying, feeling a little guilty for not being useful. Polnareff sat next to you, he knew you most Likely had this pent up the whole two months...

He put your head on his shoulder as his hand rubbed circles on your shoulder, making you calm down.

"Your not useless, id be dead if no one can to save me, right?" you chuckled. "Polnareff you got attacked in a bathroom..." He froze. "Dont remind me..." He mumbled sheepishly.

You grabbed his hand with your good arm.

"Thank you polnareff, i love you so much..." You could see the small smile on his face slowly grow wider.

"I know you do~"

"Thats cheesy polnareff."

"So? You just admitted to loving that."

You both just sat there as the sun slowly drew in the horizon.

"I love you too."
