Such a shy champion

Once you beat Leon and became the champion the entire region has known who you are, from kids to the elder, that sounds exciting right? Well it is but at the same time there is a small detail, you're a very shy person, so handling all this people is too stressful and scary for you, the only person you got to open completely was who came to be your boyfriend Leon, after you beat him and became the champion he was so impressed by you, even though it took time you two eventually got to start dating, you two love each other very much and one good thing is that Leon knows how shy you're so he takes care of the most social things so you don't have to face them as much.

When the other Gym leaders wanted to know you better Leon helped you introduce to them and whenever you were getting too nervous or scared he would calm you down and assure you that everything was ok, eventually you became very good friends with the gym leaders, whenever you had to battle a trainer you it wouldn't be so bad since the only thing you did was focus on the Pokémon battle and when you won you would only wave a bit to the public quickly and then leave just as quickly.

Being shy is one thing but one that it's worse is your social anxiety, you once were walking with Leon heading to a meeting you had with your friends and someone yelled "Hey look! It's the new Champion (Y/N)!" You turned around a bit startled just to find a bunch of people surrounding you and talking at the same time, you were getting more and more agitated as your hands began to shake and hyperventilating a bit, you could do maybe one person asking for a signature or just saying that they're your biggest fans but groups of people are definitely a no good for you. Leon knew what was happening and learned how to deal with these types of situations "o-ok people we really appreciate your kindness and admiration but (Y/N) and I have to leave since we are in a hurry" Leon held your shoulders and walked away to somewhere with less people, by the time there was no one and Leon checked up on you, a few tears falling down your cheek and kept hyperventilating as your hands shook "hey hey hey shhh... it's ok baby, it's ok, I'm here and no one is going to hurt you, you're ok, we're fine, YOU are fine... it's ok, it's ok..." Leon kept speaking whispering sweet nothing as he whipped your tears away "I got scared..." you said shaking a bit but definitely more calmed than before "I know, it happened very suddenly but it's over now and you're ok... alright?" He smiled softly and you nodded taking a few deep breaths until you were ok again "thank you Leon" you smiled warmly "no problem baby" he pecked your lips and went back to heading to your meeting
