This one is Princess Dichondra of the Grasswings, and next in line for the throne should anything happen to her mother, Queen Zoysia. Her mother never comes out of the castle these days, so she is almost always the one announcing things, making alliances, and speaking with tribe leaders. of course she consults her mother first before making suggestions.
