This thing was made of pure magic. It's ancient meaning only Phoenix can dispel them. It also means no one can die while within her land. (This includes 5 miles away from the island.)
Each part of the house has been made by a different protection spell. Each spell is unique, but they do the same job. Phoenix tried using the same spell to build the whole thing, but was unsuccessful due to the fact it blew up.
It's even more special because it has all three kinds of magic. The Evil magic can't do anything to anyone because of the Light and Dark balance.
