I was at my locker and someone came up behind me
I turned around
"hi lucas"
"Hi girlfriend" he said and gave me a quick kiss
"That's the bell, see u in class"
I saw Maya walking towards me
"Hi, how was the project with Lucas" I asked
"It was OK, it was very boring, I don't know what you see in that Texas cowboy"
Maya said teasingly
Then she walked to her next class
Maya POV
I don't think Maya suspected anything
I wish I could just forget about the kiss and go on with my life, but every time Riley will mention Lucas I'm going to get nervous
I just hopes this works out.
Lucas POV
I spent the whole history period thinking about Maya and how hard her life is. She needs someone there to protect her. I think I'm going to try to get to know Maya better
As a friend
At least I am think I only like her as a friend.
Farkle POV
I wish Riley wasn't dating Lucas
I've had a crush on Riley since kindergarten
I'm so happy we're doing the project together because it gives us more time to be together.

Maya POV
After school I went to lucas's sisters apartment to continue with our geography assignment.
We finished by 7:00, so Lucas asked if I wanted to watch a movie.
We decided to watch Annabelle
I was scared so I cuddled with Lucas
Held me and I felt protected.
After the movie I couldn't help but stare
At Lucas's lips
I admit it I have a huge crush on Lucas
I know she's my best friends boyfriend
But what can I do
I guess I was pretty obvious because Lucas said
"No one can resist this face"
"I.. Uh umm" I stuttered
Then he kissed me
I kissed back
We had a mini make out
"I love you" I told Lucas
"I love you too"
Then I stopped
"What about Riley, we can't tell her we'll break her heart."
"Okay when she's around we'll pretend not to like each other and I won't break up with her,
We'll need to keep this hidden until she breaks up with me, if she ever does"
Lucas POV
I love Maya but I feel very guilty about dating her while I have a girlfriend.
